[Music] there was a small incident when we were gathering in the morning We got on the bus as soon as we saw it and did not meet the tour guide at the door first Please note this if you want to book tickets As a result the tour guide could not find us which affected the departure time a little I’m really sorry The overall trip was great The tour guide was very good at switching between Chinese English and Japanese He tried his best to answer any questions during the trip and was very humorous The attractions were all very magnificent and beautiful but it was a bit of a pity that the visiting time at each attraction was short But Oscar is the tour guide for the day He really managed everything well All itinerary went as planned In the morning just go to the meeting point and trip started He is a cheerful and responsible person very knowledgeable about Hawkaido At the end we are lucky to have Lisa as our guide on the day She is very helpful and treated us as friends and family during the trip We visited all the places as planned in itinerary We really enjoyed the day tour very much Highly recommended We had a good experience on this trip We were able to visit different places in just one day which is impossible for us to do it if DIY Our tour guide Alex was very good He explained to us clearly everything that we need to do and to know Thanks also for the driver Shyan I’m sorry if I remember the name wrongly for driving back us safely in Sap I’m glad I booked this tour Dot I really like it The itinerary dot The tour guide named Lisa is so friendly and she is the best tour guide that I’ve been with all of my 3-day tours I’ve booked here in Clue What I like is she recommend things like foods places and also skincare Aok Handy Hawkey has always been my dream destination and booking a tour with them made the experience even better The tour guide was highly professional guiding us to various spots and providing detailed explanations about each place All of them staff were incredibly kind ensuring a smooth journey and prioritizing the safety of all passengers Truly a memorable Our tour guide Alex was very very helpful and very informative on the places that you will be visiting and what to buy He gave a lot of interesting facts regarding the place and provides strategy on how to tackle the area you’ll be visiting The places are very interesting and the time allotted per place is just right What I was looking forward to was the ice festival I highly recommend this tour Our tour guide Lisa is very helpful and friendly She is particular with departure time and made sure that we were the first group to leave for the next location That’s why we were able to savor the location with fewer people for a while No Bori Bitsu is kind of hard to DIY So this is why I do not mind the fast-paced tour Guide was helpful The trip was fun However I hope we had a little more time to go around the places we visited However I understand that it may not be possible since Hokkaido is big Our tour guide Alex is very informative in explaining all our itineraries All of the places we’ve been has a time limit but still manageable Kudos We enjoyed it so much best itinerary and the tour guide is so nice I will recommend this to my friends and family if they will go to Saporro in the future I enjoyed this tour very much You get to see a lot of snowy Hokkaido and can take great pictures They do enough stops for food and toilets facilities The tour guide Lisa was great and explained things really well both in English and Chinese She also offered to take photos in Noble Ibatsu Time for each attraction was not enough though There wasn’t really time to eat but it’s understandable since there were a lot of places to get
