hi and welcome to our video of a full day of adventure in Hakone we started our journey by taking a romance car from Tokyo to Hakone [Music] Yamoto after dropping our luggage we took a scenic train to the open air museum we spent approximately 2 hours here and the museum is incredible and very unique [Music] it even has a little mus maze that is fun navigating around it also has a Picasso art gallery there’s a place with a hotring here where you can soak your legs after all the walking from here we took the train again and then a tram that goes up the hill and then we took a ropeway to go up where we saw the old Kodani with silver sulfur vents [Music] next we took the pirate boat across Lake Ashie unfortunately it was really foggy so we couldn’t see Mount Fuji but we did get to see it on a perfect day from Kawagucho which is in a later video after we got off the boat we walked to Hakonei Shrine due to all the fog it created a mystical environment around the shrine and we had a great time just walking around [Music] [Music] [Music] after the day’s journey we returned to our hotel which was a Ryakin staying in a traditional Japanese hotel was an amazing experience [Music] we also had a private onen with a beautiful view where we spent an hour just soaking our tired legs in hot water after we returned they made a bed for us on the [Music] ground we had some amazing ramen and hakone as well next morning we wore our traditional robe and had tea in Japanese style [Music] after that we walked around the area for a bit before our train to Kyoto [Music] [Music]
