[Music] it was the best hotel except for doubting a god’s recognition i booked through a god a few days before my stay in the middle of the night i thought it would be a reservation for one person since it was a single room but after making the reservation it turned into a booking for two people i hurriedly contacted customer support to have it corrected to one person what is the understanding regarding bookings for two people in a single room if two people are staying isn’t it common to assume that a twin or double room should be booked am I mistaken in my understanding i would really like to hear a God’s perspective on this aside from that my stay was very satisfactory including the staff’s assistance it was my second stay i was pleased with the staff’s good response cleanliness the coffee service in the lobby and the morning newspaper service the large public bath was also nice for relaxation the breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious i would like to stay again quality stay with excellent staff and facilities good location nice staff efficient check-in process and I got a good breakfast thrown in which delicious a lot of local Japanese businessmen stay here wonderful stay very comfortable pleasant spa i felt very comfortable in this hotel room was very big and clean accompanying a children’s tournament in addition to my children I use this hotel i’m really glad that there was a large public bath and it healed my travel fatigue if I come to Yamanashi again I would like to use this accommodation thank you for your hospitality good place for solo stay hotel the cost performance is excellent my favorite points about the route in hotel chain are that it includes breakfast has large public baths offers smoking rooms provides yukata traditional robes and has self-s served drinks at a reasonable price the Kofu Asawa location which I used previously had a worn and dark impression but the interior has been nicely remodeled the service from all the staff was also good excellent this is my first time at this route but all routins have clean rooms and the staff at the front desk are friendly the single bed is about the size of a semi- double so I was able to sleep together with my elementary school daughter they quickly provided amenities for children which was very helpful i would like to use this place again if I have the
