We started off by exploring the famous Hakone Shrine and cruising across the stunning Lake Ashi aboard a pirate ship 🏴☠️—yes, a legit pirate-themed boat with amazing views ! Then, we made our way to the volcanic valley of Owakudani, where we saw steaming vents, sulfur clouds, and tried the famous black eggs said to add 7 years to your life! 🥚🌋
BUT… things didn’t go entirely as planned. Halfway through, our afternoon tour was suddenly cancelled due to transportation issue😬. Watch how we adapted, found our own way around, and still made the most of our Hakone adventure.
