Worth modifying 1995 Acura Integra LS

I have a 1995 Acura Integra, currently fully stock, and I can't decide whether to modify it or keep it stock and save my money for buying a better car in the future, possibly an Audi RS3, though that wouldn't be for close to ten years probably so it might be fun to modify the Integra before then.

So should I modify it? And if so, should I keep it realitively simple and just add a cold air intake and a few minor modifications, or should I go all out with it? ( the hood has a few small dents, so I could replace with carbon fiber, etc.)

Also, would this make me a Honda guy, and if so how do I not? I'm not going to slam it or give it neon wheels or have a laptop on the passenger seat
