Drizzly Dawn Walk with 10,000 Torii Gates | Fushimi Inari – Kyoto, Japan 4K

Walking through quiet Fushimi Inari shrine and under 10,000 torii gates in the drizzly pre dawn hours. Fushimi Inari is a very popular place for tourists visiting Kyoto, but I prefer to visit places without crowds so I set out with rain in the forecast early in the morning. The rain comes and goes on at various points on the mountain. Higher up there is some nice rain, which sounds very nice on the forest foliage and torii gates overhead. There is no really a sunrise but the darkness in the sky slowly fades and the early morning blue light starts to trickle through fog and mist into the forest. I thought it seemed almost magical, I hope you enjoy it too 🙂
