EVA AIR – Immaculate Economy class cabin! | BR183 Tokyo – Taipei | Economy Class | Trip Report
Hello and welcome! Thank you for joining me on this Japan Airlines flight to Tokyo-Narita in Economy Class.
This is the second of four flights on this spontaneous trip to Japan in the southern hemisphere winter. This was not a planned trip that I normally do like 5 months in advance. This trip was planned 1 week before. In fact, Japan was not my target destination, but Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan were. However, no economy class flights to those destinations were below $3,000 AUD, except Japan. I got an incredible deal on Japan Airlines to Tokyo which I only spent $1,010 one way considering the time I booked and leaving the week after! So Japan it was.
After four wonderful days, it’s time to return home. Similar the journey to Japan, since this was a last minute trip, I was trying to find the best and cheapest way home. The cheapest way home was a convoluted one involving a stop in Taipei, Taiwan. I seized the opportunity when EVA Air had cheap fares from Tokyo – Taipei. So this marks my first time on EVA Air ever. I had always wanted to fly on it. So now the opportunity had presented itself!
Incredibly clean cabin and a great first impression, it seems that EVA Air will be one of my choice airlines in the Asia-Pacific region moving forward!
