Yup that’s definitely black sesame seeds blended into the dressing prob just to make it look unique. Just look up a standard sushi restaurant salad dressing that’ll get you pretty close
C’mon, at least describe the taste so we have a shot. Everyone’s just gonna throw sesame, miso, or citrus at you because those are the most popular. Why not just call the restaurant and ask since you didn’t even tell us where you ate this which would give us a chance.
