Hey everyone! We’re back with the fourth video of our Niigata 2025 travel series.

In this episode, we’re exploring Niigata City in just 24 hours – from artisan coffee to the best sushi-pairing experience of our life!

We started our day at dAb Coffee Roasters for some exceptional brew, then headed to Bandai City for shopping and a nice conveyor belt lunch at Sado Benkei (佐渡弁慶).

Our afternoon was spent learning about Niigata’s famous sake culture at Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery (今代司酒造), where we discovered their rare cedar barrel brewing process. The day culminated in an unforgettable omakase experience at the renowned Sushi Arai (すし あらい), featuring 12 sake pairings that perfectly showcased Niigata’s rich rice and sake heritage.
