RETSUGO~! – 1.5 day bullet trip -HAKODATE VLOG The trip starts from Haneda Airport. Lunch is served at Haneda since the flight is at noon. Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream is served with the baum. Now let’s go to Hakodate! Arriving at Hakodate in 1 hour and 20 minutes. First we take a cab to the inn where we will stay today. Hotel Manso of ORIX Hotels & Resorts located in Yunokawa Onsen. Popular inn where Japanese and Western styles are comfortably harmonized. Open-air lounge and buffet with Hakodate’s delicacies, The hot spring baths offer a variety of different types of hot spring water. You will receive courteous service and go to your room. From the window you can see the city of Hakodate in nice weather. There is a basket bag, yukata and tea haori for going to hot springs. Water, tea, and baked sweets are included in the handsome package. Toothbrush is placed in the washroom. There is a shower attached, but I am not likely to use it because of the hot spring. Enjoying an early trip on a slightly retro streetcar. The park is right in front of us, but we want to fill our stomachs first. Hakodate’s most famous burger chain Lucky Pierrot aka Lappi. They have 17 stores in Hakodate, and not only burgers, but also side dishes such as curry, yakisoba, and It is a unique restaurant with a wide variety of original products. So popular that there is a line even though it is late at 15:30. This restaurant seems to be especially crowded.But still, there are many menus! I buy a retort curry which I was interested in. I order the most popular Chinese chicken burger and vanilla shake. It has gorogi fried chicken in it! It’s a little bit hard to eat, but it has a big impact!Sweet and spicy sauce is also delicious! Walking to Rokkatei restaurant. I wanted to have butter sandwich ice cream in the store but it was closed. Seasonal lemon baked goods and Raisin butter sandwiches of the royal road.My very favorite ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. Yokan (Japanese sweet bean jelly) wrapped in birch cover. Strawberry chocolate was also bought without fail. Japanese sweets in the shape of a pot, with bean jam and rice cake inside. It is nice that both Koshi-an and Grain-an are available!I like both, but I choose Koshi-An. It seems you can buy it even if you are not in the cafe. Many of them have a short shelf life, so I bought them mainly for snacks at the inn. Beautiful green view of Goryokaku Park from the store’s big window. Let’s walk around the park! We go through a tunnel of gorgeous wisteria flowers. The climate is the best and very comfortable, yet there are no people at all, probably because it is a weekday. I would like to climb the tower. The beauty of the shape is more apparent when seen from above. I thought it was the shape of a star, but it grows spindly in the lower right corner. Mount Hakodate is in the back. The hot spring “Yuzo” in Manso has different hot springs for men and women, and they are changed every morning at 5:00. After getting out of the bath, you can enjoy Haskap water or I’m happy to get an ice cream bar ♡ The most perfect time to get ready. Now it’s time for the main course.The stomach is all ready! Let’s have Sapporo Classic for dinner. Sushi made on the spot by the chef. Fresh seafood in a wide variety Hokkaido’s unique soup curry Freshly fried tempura Lots of sweets I’ve been waiting for this pudding that was on the sign ♡♡♡ First round.We have sushi, crab soup and steak. Second round of sashimi, grilled and tempura. Tempura squid was genius. Third round: a little bit of soup curry with a sweet once in a while. I’m tempted to eat Hanabatakeboku’s raclette cheese anyway. I want to eat it. Finish with your favorite ramen I still wanted to eat sushi again, so I had it made. (While enjoying chatting with the chef:) At the end of the day, I cleanse my stomach with soft ice cream. Here are some of the things I bought on the first day. Hakodate was the setting for the Detective Conan movie “The Million Dollar Goryo-boshi”. The city of Hakodate appears frequently in the movie, and this very place was also in the movie. This is the best situation for me, a handsome man who loves Conan boom and visiting movie locations. I saw Conan posters in various places in Hakodate. I came to the bay area by tram. Many foreign ships used to visit this port town and commerce used to take place here. Brick buildings built to reflect the culture and technology of the area as it was the gateway to Western Europe. Lucky Pierrot in Bay Area is the store featured in Conan movie. Lots of pictures were displayed and festivized. lol Walking around in the red brick to see the souvenirs. There are too many kinds of things to look around.I decide to just look at them and discuss what to buy. Cheese omelette can be had at the bar counter at Snuffles. I chose Anchi because I plan to buy the basic cheese flavor to take home. Coffee is also included in the set for 350 yen.It is nice to have a quick snack. It is common to use a piece of paper on the top as a fork. The marriage of cheese and red bean paste is exquisite.Very delicious! Lunch is at a place I was really looking forward to. Sea urchin, a favorite of both my husband and me. I reserved the Uni Murakami Uni Gozen to eat sea urchin without regret. They can enjoy sea urchin from Rishiri and Rebun this season. I feel like I ended up with just the right amount of stomach full. Hachimanzaka, the most famous of Hakodate’s slopes, often featured in movies and commercials. From the top of the slope, one can view the harbor and enjoy beautiful scenery far into the distance. It is recommended to view from the second or third crossing height without going up to the top of the hill. Walking around Motomachi area, you will see buildings with nice atmosphere. Japanese-style cafe “Kikusen” built in a Taisho era sake wholesaler’s building I ordered a set of dango and he ordered an old-fashioned cream soda. Hakodate is famous for its million dollar night view, so I should climb up at night. I think I should go up at night because the weather is going to break at night and the day is long now and the sunset is near 8:00 p.m. I decided to climb early, deciding that it would be better to climb early in order to have dinner at night. The view you can see as you go up little by little…! It is a little cloudy, but the famous Hakodate Bay and Tsugaru Strait are clearly visible. It’s simple compared to yesterday’s Manso, but I decided to get a cheaper room today since I’ll be leaving early tomorrow morning. It is small but has everything you need. And you can get amenities at the front desk, It is also nice to have coffee and other drink service. The best thing is the location, 5 minutes walk from Hakodate station. First of all, dinner!Hakodate is famous for salt ramen. Refreshing salt ramen in a beautiful clear soup ♡ Too delicious to be true! Boiled crab for appetizer is too extravagant! This is a very big hokke.I had hokke when I was in Asahikawa before, it was thick, juicy and delicious. I was so happy to have hokke in Hokkaido again! We woke up early and came to the market, but neither of us could stomach it. From Hakodate station, take limousine bus to Hakodate airport. End of 1.5 day trip!How was it? Hakodate offers not only delicious food but also beautiful scenery of Goryokaku, I was very excited when I took the ropeway up Mount Hakodate.
