A Day Out in Otaru | The Perfect Day Trip from Sapporo Japan

today I’m taking you on a little day trip from Sappo to the charming port town of Ataro And I can’t wait to explore it all Good morning everybody We’re in Sappo We’re currently walking through Adori Park which is where yesterday I got hit in the head by a crow He wanted my feed It was kind of crazy I’ve never had a bird touch me before There’s a bit of a crow problem here Anyways we’re going on our first day trip together to Ataru You got any goals have fun It’s a good one Beat some ass Kick some ass Daniel’s back everybody All right It’s about an hour to get there so I’ll see you in 1 second then Hi guys I have a cameraman now We made it to Ataro and you come out of the station and it’s just like the water We’re going to go to Burger King Jokes We’re going to go roaming the street sampling some desserts Sound good let’s go [Music] stopped at this cute little shack Maybe you’d call it for some strawberry dauku And this one is like just chocolate and strawberry I mean usually has beans in it This one didn’t mention beans so I’m hoping it’s just like Nutella or something I feel like it’s beans Beans Mhm Let’s try Oh and it was like made fresh We had to wait It was not made fresh Huh I think it was just like in the fridge or something Oh wait It was probably in the fridge I had to get it out of the fridge Very chocolatey It’s good I thought it’d be Nutella but it’s just chocolate powder on the outside pretty average [Music] So we just had a bit of a fried chicken lunch Nothing too special just a Chinese restaurant that serve fried chicken And now for dessert we’ve come to the Tao which just gives out free samples of all of their beautiful desserts So I’m just on the hunt for some samples and then we’re going to like try and work off our lunch so we can sit down and have a nice cheesecake which is what they’re known for at La Look I think I found a sample of it Uh biscuit cake A cake Oh it’s a cake It’s a cake Ooh it’s like a sponge cake Pretty good Pretty good These ones are really good They’re like the biscuits Fage biscuits Here they have a melon version of the cheesecake Yum Ah chocolate Ah thank you It’s like the chocolate version of the cheesecake That’s good I think this one is really popular It’s giving me like co vibes when they like unpack the toilet paper and things and people just rush and grab it I wish they had a sample This is what it is Honey milk cake Oh my god that lady has my cookie that I want A free sample of the cookie that I love I’m just going to hop it around Oh my god I just spent down here getting free samples Ah [Music] yum Daniel’s just finally caught up with me You need to go try that chocolate cake right there We opened it before man Oh my god Go It’s so good All right let’s try this biscuit M Oh it’s so good The texture is so good And then it has like a cheese thing in the middle Yum Good [Music] I got a mix of milk and cheese Oh it’s melting Oh wo Milk Yum Cheese I think cheese is like the best one Just got back to Sappro Had a little napro on the train Like my jokes No I just that just came to me Anyway we’re back Ataro was fun Didn’t end up eating cheesecake but I had a nice ice cream and a nice walk around It’s just such a fun town to go to and stroll through just look at the buildings and the plants and the stores and the food and just go try the free samples I really recommend if you’re in Sakuro and for now we’re going back to rest because we have an even bigger day tomorrow Going to the flower farms and I have been dreaming about this melon ice cream for three 4 years now Ever since I had it last time I went to the flower farms in Hokkaido I’m hoping it’s there I’m hoping it’s as amazing and I’m just so excited for it But I need the rest tonight because right now I have no energy Anyways Atara was fun Did you have fun lots of fun Lots of fun There you go That means you should go Okay I’m going to log out now Ciao
