Fuji at Oishi Park😊 Today is June 12, 2025.It’s been a month since I came to see the nemophila, but they are still in bloom😊 In another month, the lavender will be in full bloom. Mini Mt. Fuji and the real Mt. Fuji. The Music Forest Museum opens at 10:00, so we stopped by Oishi Park, which is a 5-minute drive away. Most of the tourists at Oishi Park seem to be foreigners. It feels like I’m in a foreign country, which is exciting. ✌️ This rose garden opens at 9:00 AM. It’s free✌️ It’s free and you can see roses and Mt. Fuji, so it’s no wonder it’s so popular with tourists. Lake Kawaguchi is 833 meters above sea level.Due to the high altitude, the roses bloom a month later than in Yokohama. It is very difficult to see Mt. Fuji during the rainy season. The tourists here today are really lucky to be able to see Mt. Fuji and the roses in full bloom.😊 On this day, it was slightly cloudy, so when I came back five days later on a clear day, the roses were already starting to fade.😅 The popular rose pergola is coming into view. This is a very popular pergola where you can take a commemorative photo surrounded by roses with Mt. Fuji in the background. When filming local tourist spots, I end up coming back many times because they are so close by.😅 I’ll come back as many times as it takes to see Mt. Fuji ✌️ It’s crowded with people taking commemorative photos. Finally, let’s leave Oishi Park after viewing Mt. Fuji from the second floor of the shop. There is no one here yet, but this is also a popular photo spot. This is footage from June 17 (five days later). We have arrived at the Music Forest Museum. The museum boasts a large collection of music boxes, but it is also famous for its roses.✌️ You can enjoy live piano and violin performances, sand art, and collaborations between 100-year-old automatic musical instruments and opera singers. Currently, we are hosting the “Magnificent France Exhibition.” Although the facility is paid, the outer garden is free to enter.✌️ The bus stop is nearby, so you may want to take a look around while waiting for the bus.😊 Many tourists rent bicycles at Kawaguchiko Station and ride 30 minutes to Oishi Park, but we recommend stopping here on the way. This facility has a permanent exhibition of Romero Britto’s works. Old materials were brought in from Germany and Switzerland to recreate a European townscape. Mt. Fuji and roses✌️ The slogan is “Europe without a passport.” For me, it’s Europe just 30 minutes away ✌️ The climbing roses at this facility are all beautiful. I feel like the Western-style mansion and climbing roses go well together. 🤔 There are two new types of roses planted for the French exhibition. A rose named Marie Antoinette. The Petit Trianon is not in bloom yet. Beautiful climbing roses. At the restaurant, you can enjoy delicious cuisine while listening to live music. If you are lucky, you can see Mt. Fuji. You can see the bronze statue “Rhinoceros with Lace” created by Salvador Dali in 1956. It is worth 800 million yen!😱 The Romero Britto exhibition is inside this building.
