KOBE -Rokko- Hello. This time, we came to Rokko again. There are still many wonderful shops in the area…♡ We will visit the shops that were introduced in the comments of the last video and the shops that we are interested in. Despite the dampness of the rainy season, our hearts are refreshed 🌿 I hope you will enjoy it with us as if you were going for a walk. First, we went to a shop recommended in a comment… (Thank you very much for your comment!) A shop where you can enjoy delicious galettes and crepes. It is a popular shop, but when I visited during lunch time on a weekday, it was empty, probably because of good timing ☺ The owner lives in France, and opened the shop because he loves France. The red gingham check tablecloths are cute! There are so many varieties that it’s hard to choose – it’s fun to watch the galettes being baked at the open kitchen counter. My husband chose today’s recommendation… The simple toppings are delicious! They say that they use wheat flour and buckwheat flour that are grown without pesticides. Well, I’ll have some too~ I love the rich and delicious sweet potato potage and orange suzette, it’s so soft and chewy. The sourness of the orange is also nice. It was a wonderful shop that made me feel like I was in the French countryside. It was delicious, thank you for the meal. I was invited to a sunny day in the rainy season, and went to the recommended shop again this day… I was thinking of using the cafe, but it turned out that it was a pop-up of “Yama no Table” that day, so I didn’t have a reservation, but I was able to have a la carte…! What a happy encounter♡ I was impressed by the roasted komatsuna…! The breast meat was also moist. I dipped the sauce into the spring rolls, which were packed with ingredients. The kelp and parsley filling was very delicious! It is a lifestyle shop that deals with food, clothing, and shelter, so they also sold clothes and other items in the back of the store. It’s a shop I would definitely like to visit again. It was delicious, thank you for the meal. Now, I walked up the mountain side to my next destination. I arrived at a popular bakery that I had been wanting to visit. This shop was opened by a chef from the popular Osaka bakery “Pan Deuce”. The shop is mainly filled with delicious hard breads. I didn’t have a choice – I ate it at home. The more I chewed it, the more nutritious it became. It was delicious bread that was no wonder it was a popular shop. The deepening green is beautiful 🌿🌿 Next, let’s go back and stop by the pie shop near csew mentioned earlier. A take-out shop specializing in freshly baked pies. A small and cute shop. There are several types of sweet sweet pies and savory pies. You will be surrounded by the happy aroma of freshly baked pies. I took it out and ate it at home. The filling goes well with the crispy pie. I would like to try other flavors ~ On this day, a friend is coming to visit, so I came to buy a cake from a shop I was interested in. The shop has an impressive yellow door. The cakes also give you a little bit of summer. It seems that baked goods are also popular. There is also an eat-in space inside the store. Wow, it’s been getting hot lately ☀️ I found a cute chocolate shop, so I’ll stop by 🍫 Bean-to-bar chocolates are carefully made one by one from cacao beans. You can choose while tasting. On the day I visited, a solo exhibition of “Tom of Tepeso” was being held. The theme was “CHOCOLATE”, which was perfect ♡ I also used the cafe . Drinkable coffee jelly with a smooth texture. It’s not too sweet or bitter, so it’s easy to eat. The raw chocolate is rich and delicious! It was delicious, thank you for the meal. Next, I went to a popular bakery. In the small shop, there are rows of breads filled with their own unique touch. The name of the shop comes from a line by Spielberg, “Listen to your intuition.” The owner was very gentle and spoke to me. Next time, I’d like to try the popular cinnamon roll… It was a bread that gave me happiness. I would definitely like to visit again! Next, I went to a Western antique shop. The cuteness of the stuffed animals is also overwhelming 🐻 When you look at them, you’ll want to take them home. Apparently they started out with jewelry, and the brooch drawer is also lovely… The owner was very friendly and explained each one carefully. This shop is filled with the owner’s favorite things. Apparently they are sometimes closed due to setting up stalls at flea markets. We recommend checking their opening days on Instagram before visiting. We visited the day before the Green Market. Thank you for taking the time to come despite your busy schedule! Finally, let’s enjoy a relaxing coffee at “Rokuko” before heading home. It was quiet and we felt like we were spending time at home, away from the hustle and bustle outside.
