[Music] the itinerary provided was spot-on and followed to the tea which was something our group was very happy about as it was the main reason we booked this our driver was friendly accommodating and very professional he did well taking care of us and keeping the entire group on time we also very much enjoyed the drive up to Hakon as we had an amazing view of Fuji from the overall it was a good experience even though we encountered a few traffic jams going to Hakon shrine and going back to Shibuya we got to see Mount Fuji on three different sites our tour guide is also as friendly and very accommodating our tour guide/driver was very patient polite and kind we had the trip on a Saturday and there were some heavy traffic along the way but we still enjoyed the trip i think it is more than what you paid for thanks to out tour guide John it was a very fun trip i booked three tours from Cluke this was the only tour with no issues the tour guide Sakaraki was exceptional he was on time and explained all the neck history and stuff he also went beyond his duties to help when needed he was conversant in English the tour guide was really good his name was Jang Shan Feay in fact we had to rush all the way and it rained slightly in the early morning but then we saw Mount Fuji on a sunny day at first the boat ride was nothing special but then I went to Hakon Shrine to take pictures of the Sea Gate and the queue lasted for an hour after that we ate in Oaku Dany and saw Mount Fuji all the time after that the outlet chef who origin amazing tour passing through all the important spots to visit the guide you was very cool and eager to share information and advices much appreciated and relaxed tour well worth taking a guided tour i would not have been able to cover all those sites on my own our guide was really good book with confidence with this operator jacob was assigned to us and was punctual and able to speak and communicate in and Mandarin his directions and services was clear and easy to follow he also provided information on the various places that we visited and ensure we were okay before letting us wander about furthermore he provided an additional service to drop us off closer to our This is a great tour that takes on a speedrun of the main attractions in Kawagucho and of Hakon Shrine communication with the tour organizer and driver via WhatsApp was prompt and accommodating we were lucky that the weather cleared up as we arrived in the Mount Fuji area we appreciated that this was a self-guided tour as we were able to manage our own time at each destination we left the tour at Hakon as we had a hotel reservation in the area the tour guide Shiau led the group today he was a handsome guy who was very careful and responsible in arranging the itinerary he had a deep understanding of Japanese culture and told us the stories behind each attraction in detail the whole trip was very interesting and immersive thanks to the gods of Hakon and the blessing of this trip we were very lucky to see the great trip and organization we were given lots of time to explore the driver was very nice but there was a big language barrier we traveled by large bus and foreigners of various nationalities gathered together including Chinese a few Koreans and other Westerners our guide Sakura easily introduced useful information in English every time we moved around and as a result we were very satisfied with this tour we conquered all the Mount Buji spots
