Which Matcha To Buy And Avoid In Japan #japan
if you’re traveling to Japan and planning to get some matcha here is a review of which matcha you should buy and the ones you should avoid today I’m reviewing the Nakamura toichi matcha from uji so I bought two different blends to try the Fuji noira I got it for 1,080 Yen and the sanun no Shiro for 1,620 Yen the fujino Shiro has a slightly bitter taste and more of a vegetable profile while the sanoiro has a finer powder consistency M it’s less bitter and has a mellow Umami taste but these two Macha has such a deep green color I would say it’s a must buy if you visit Japan like and follow and come back tomorrow because I’ll be reviewing iudo SMA up next

Thank you for this!
Super informative!! Wish there was some kind of background music though, the silence made it a bit awkward 😅😅

I ordered these yesterday, thanks for the review!
I usually go with Nakamura or Ippodo as first choices. Can get both in Tokyo, Marunouchi and Ginza, respectively.
Where to get the kit?
1000 yen for that!!! About $7 usd btw. Same amount might cost $40 here!
