Tokyo Disneyland 2025. Full Walkthrough and Must-Try Attractions!

Where are we? We are at Tokyo Disneyland. Yeah. And we are here. Hey everyone! Welcome to my Tokyo Disneyland adventure. I’m super excited to take you on a quick tour through the magical lands of this place. From futuristic city to fairy tale castle, there’s seven themed areas in the park and we’ll go through them step by step. So let’s jump right in and explore the most iconic areas of the park together. First up, we’ve got the World Bazaar, the heart of Tokyo Disneyland. This is your classic entrance area filled with beautiful shops, cafes and stunning architecture that looks like something straight out of the past. Perfect for grabbing a souvenir or just soaking in the atmosphere before we head into the real fun. This is also known as the Main Street, so most of the merch you can find in the park can be found in the shops here. They’ve sectioned shops into categories such as apparels, stationeries, ears and more. There’s a range of merch you can find here. You can even get personalized products to commemorate your visit too. Look. We got Mickey shaped sunglasses. Next up, Tomorrowland, the future of fun. If you’re into sci fi and high-tech thrills, this is the place to be. With rides like Space Mountain and Star Tours, you’ll feel like you’ve traveled to another galaxy. And with the futuristic decor, it really feels like we’ve entered the future. We went on a few rides here. One of the must try ride in this land is Monster Inc. Ride and go seek. This ride here is an exclusive to Tokyo Disneyland and it’s so much fun. It’s an interactive dark ride where you use flashlights to find these hidden monsters around the Monstropolis. The sets are incredible and there are so many cute details that make you feel like you’re really inside the movie. Next I went on the star tour ride. This is a motion simulator ride that takes you on a wild journey through the Star Wars universe. The cool part of this is the ride sequence are randomized so each time you get maybe a different adventure. If you’re a Star Wars fan, this one is a must. You can also check out the Stitch Encounter which is a live interactive show with Stitch. It’s in Japanese but even if you don’t speak the language, the humor and interaction are really fun to watch. Stitch is mischievous as always and if you’re lucky, he might even call you out during the show. Feeling hungry so we stopped for lunch at the Pan Galactic Pizza Port, one of the best quick service spots in Tomorrowland. The theme here is hilarious. It’s run by this alien pizza chef named Tony Solaroni and the whole place looked like a space station. We got both the chicken and tomato calzone and the salami pizza set that comes with a soft drink. Definitely try the Gogo no kocha apple tea soda which they’re famous for. You can also get cute themed desserts here like the mini chocolate fondant for 600 yen and the little green alien dumplings for 400 yen for three dumplings. I’m gonna try it now. Oh so sad. Now I have to poke it. And devour you. Look at this funny tree. Welcome to Toontown. Right next to Tomorrowland is Toontown, where cartoons come to life. This is a playful town full of jokes and endless giggles. Here you will find Mickey’s house, Goofy’s bounce house and all sorts of fun and quirky attractions. It’s super family friendly and the kids will love all the interactive play zones. We didn’t go on any rides here but mostly explore the different sets such as the Donald’s boat which is a fun two level boat with Daisy in front. It also offer a great view of Toontown from above. We also visited Chip and Dale’s treehouse which offers another high view of Toontown. The treehouse is also a great spot for photos. Next we’re in Adventureland where the thrill seekers and explorers come to play. This land is on the opposite side of Tomorrowland and you can take ride through Pirates of the Caribbean or head over to the Jungle Cruise for a wild boat ride. It’s all about adventure here with an air of mystery and excitement at every corner. We only visited one attraction in this land and that is meeting Stitch at the Aloha E Komomai. The waiting time was around ten to twenty minutes and it’s a family friendly music show. We also bumped into King Louie, the crowned orangutan king from the Jungle Book as we’re leaving this area. This is Westernland. Now as for Westernland and Critter country, we didn’t have much time to dive into this land much but there’s so much more to enjoy here like the tranquil Mark Twain riverboat, the country bed jamboree, Splash Mountain and more. There’s a lot of merch around this area. It’s also got a few restaurants. There’s a hungry bear restaurant but a lot of them requires booking so we’re not able to go. There’s a popular ride over here called Big Thunder Mountain as well. Here, Camp Woodchuck Kitchen is a quick food stall where you can get some onigiri sandwich, smoked turkey leg combo plate. Oh, you can also get a creme brulee churros, beer and I think there’s a special dessert as well. I think once you order, you can sit here at the woodchuck lodge just seatings inside for warmth. You can also meet Donald and Daisy for photo and a chat at Critter Country. There’s milk tea. This is hot. Hot milk tea. Would you like one? I’ll order it for you. Oh, thanks for treating me. My wife’s the best. I have cash ๐Ÿ˜Ž. She treats me so Here you go. You can kayak in Disneyland. These two spots are more nature filled spots with a lot of personality, so definitely make time for it if you can. Cinderella’s Castle Tokyo Disneyland. We are here. We’re having fun, aren’t we? Okay. So this is Fantasyland, which is based off on Beauty and the beast Belle’s village. Now from Fantasyland, you will see Little Small World just right across here and you also find Toontown right next to Fantasyland. Finally, we’re in Fantasyland, the heart of Disney magic. You can access this land through the Cinderella Castle or walk through from the neighboring lands such as Toontown and Critter Country. From the classic It’s a Small World to the iconic Peter Pan’s Flight, this land is where all of your favorite fairy tale moments happen. Don’t forget to snap a picture in front of the Cinderella Castle and walk through the castle as well. The castle design is beautiful with decorated tiled arts that narrate the Cinderella story. There’s also a beautiful glass shop inside the castle where it sells handcrafted glasswork that are done by in house artisans. The designs are so intricate. Fantasyland is my favorite part of the park. Everything just feels like it’s straight out of a storybook. I just had to start with Peter Pan’s flight, a ride that takes you on a magical journey through Neverland. Behind me, we’re going to the Peter Pan’s flight ride, which we don’t have in Hong Kong Disneyland. So I’m looking forward to seeing what this ride is going to be like. I heard it’s a super popular one, so we’ll see. As we’re waiting, should I tell you a story? So for me, Peter Pan is a very, very special story. Can you guess why? Because you acted in the drama? Yeah. So for my school, we had a Peter Pan drama, and I acted in Peter Pan. And guess what character I was? Wendy! Can you imagine? It’s so Peter Pan. It’s such a special story for me. So I really look forward to this ride. We get to board a flying pirate ship and sail from London to Netherland. It’s a short and sweet ride. Right next door is Haunted Mansion holiday nightmare. The spooky ride is perfect for the Halloween seasons blending the classic haunted house with a Christmas twist. Expect a few creepy surprises along the way as well. This is a very popular ride so be sure to try getting the standby pass to skip some of the waiting time. Now, for those who want something truly enchanting, the enchanted tale of Beauty and the Beast it’s an absolute gem. This is arguably the most popular ride in the park. You can’t just queue up for it. You will need either a standby pass or a DPA Disney premier access pass to enter. It’s a stunning mix of storytelling and technology bringing Belle’s world to life in a way that you’ve never seen before. We get to board on a magical cup that seems to dance the rhythm of the classical Lastly, don’t forget to keep your eyes open for any Disney characters walking around. There’s not a fixed time of greeting so it kind of depends on luck. We were able to meet the most number of characters at Fantasyland though such as Honest John from Pinocchio, Pinocchio himself, Smee from Peter Pan, and the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. As the evening comes to a close, we head back to the Welt Basau area. Cinderella’s Castle at night, it’s also very pretty and there’s also a really warm happy vibe around the main street when the lights shine at night. We did some final shopping on the main street and watched the nighttime spectacular light show and fireworks before we call it a day. This is a relatively new show since last year September (2024) with a mix of classic Disney and Marvel characters. So there you have it, a quick tour of all the magical lands in Tokyo Disneyland.
