Sometimes things don’t go as planned. On my
way to get a tattoo I realized I had missed a message from the artist cancelling our
session, so I decided to stop in Ibaraki city and make the most of it. Inside
the Hankyu station is Fred’s cafe, a small cafe and bakery located inside only
2 Hankyu stations. The first is in Umeda, in the heart of Osaka. The other is in Ibaraki,
a city located halfway between Osaka and Kyoto. Their wide selection and calm atmosphere
make it a great place for a rest stop. My channel is dedicated to small restaurants
