[Music] hello hello how are you doing i’m good thank you how are you can you introduce yourself first don’t want Donald of course my name is Aino and I’m from Kyoto originally kino a Aino okay aino yes uh the Aino means not here in Spanish oh not here in Spanish so every time I go to the abroad and they say Aino Aino and I look back and they were like who are you and me that’s my name and a very nice name thank you i’m doing tour guide about four years tour guide for four years wow amazing but uh the uh my friends um since I came back here I I since I came back from the London because I lived in London about four years and I have a couple of friends and every time they visit me in Kyoto I did a tour guide with like a funny way like my style so uh they quite like my style so I decided to be a tour guide awesome can we walk while talking yeah let’s you going to actually show us some unique place here right yes rare very because we we’ve been to Kyoto many times but this place you mentioned we never been there so this is the place my um Yeah the my top uh three place top three place yes and yeah this is one of them all right oh this is one of the top three place yes you can okay top three wow because yeah that’s the um we have a lots of different uh type of uh temple and I’m showing you uh one of them which is Zen temple and then because I’m doing yoga as well oh yoga yeah I quite like the uh um Buddhism uh the culture history of things and this is very one of them and that’s the um is like um meditation and uh you don’t need to uh insist only one thing and you know the uh you will see nature has power and that’s the place ah we’re going to go to uh nature power by nature power spot we’re going to get some power today yeah yeah the power a lot of power you will feel you feel it all right let’s go let’s go cool it’s rainy today but it’s it’s not hot it’s good yes yeah usually this time of the year Kyoto is hot or not um the after yeah that’s a good question because from the last uh from the next week we will have a python season python season yes a lot of the raining so the after typing season we will have like proper summer time party time the hot seasonally and a lot a high humidity you don’t want to go outside wow so uh are there still many foreigner in that time summer time the hot season in Kyoto i don’t understand but yes oh really yeah but I think their job you know they are still if they are the teacher or the student they have like you know the holiday for them so they are coming it’s a holiday season because it’s summer yeah it’s summer holiday okay so some people is still coming but it’s very hot very hot not recommended yeah yes i don’t understand why they are coming but yeah okay what was the street name again here uh this street name is Roani Sanden that’s the sand yeah yeah so that’s the actually but I don’t see any well it look like in Japanese means the traditional like a like a shopping street in general like a traditional way but here it seems Yeah but probably it’s raining or Yeah because after rain I think the shops are maybe closed i’ve been here more than like 50 or more than that times but more than 50 times every time no one know the people oh no people no people no oh really i’m lucky probably okay so actually you said that you’ve been uh you have been doing guide for four years four years so all in Kyoto uh the Kyoto Osaka and Nada and uh the Himei and I just started from uh for Takayama takayama and uh Kazawa right and also Shiraakaw very nice nice you cover many cool areas yes um and uh I found that Koto and the Kanazawa or kind of like the city has a lots of similar culture history right uh it’s slightly different because the um we are like some uh noble culture but um noble or emperor culture but Canada has the uh samurai culture so Korea slightly different but the atmosphere or buildings castle the houses I think um I see lots of common so what actually is your favorite place if you choose one is it difficult to uh including Kyoto yes of course Kyoto is I mean yeah okay inside Kyoto which place is your favorite i would say that’s a difficult question so at the moment I would say Kanazawa ah Kazawa kanazawa all right knawa kanazawa is very nice but the how far is actually from here kazawa I think yeah 19 minutes 19 minutes with train yeah yeah by train it’s not that much far uh yeah canadawa is the city for raining so every time I go it’s raining oh really i think 175 days in a year it’s raining so as soon as you arrive at the Kazawa jail station Yeah there is like a she through mirror on the sailing okay and that’s uh like a Japanese hospitality okay and they are welcoming welcoming um even if it’s raining their concept is the loop is the umbrella for them oh so as soon as they come out they are welcoming to the umbrella so it’s very close from Kyoto yep 90 minutes 90 minutes okay and then uh so why actually you become a tour guide what did you do before actually before the tour uh because the uh after the co time um all right saudi during the co time yeah I saw no one even if it’s in Alashia now it’s a few people right but I was bit scared um they might or someone might come back or we didn’t think anything I couldn’t imagine anything about the future but since they are coming back um you know a lot of people uh choosing uh Japan to visit for their trip and then sometime they say um you know they are they supposed to come about like 2 3 years ago but after the pandemic they had to cancel oh so they have like you know a lot of passion so I just want to accept it and then I want everyone to bring a good memory and I think the um I’m not like normal all right so here is a house oh yeah the house it’s not the my type of the uh guiding oh different type of Yeah so and they quite happy with that and a friend of mine just visited me uh the other day i mean like four years ago right and they asked me “Okay Kiki you should do tour guide.” So I’m like “Why not?” And that’s the reason why I started and yeah I Yeah I think I believe like you know a lot of people have the good memory with me all right can I ask what actually was your job before tour guide um I’m still doing a yoga teacher a yoga teacher and then I also um I work uh for the detail the fashion detail oh fashion okay but um I quite I quit at the as the fashion leader now i’m still doing a teacher and tour guide as well awesome and then so did you actually studied fashion or study fashion in London in London okay but I didn’t go to college oh yeah all right nice this area is so cool yes so uh are we very close to the place you want to show or yes it’s about like three four more minutes okay yep do you have any like a secret place in Kyoto that actually uh it’s your own place that you like it and yes I have actually but this is like you know the neighbor where I live right okay okay um if you want to know come visit me oh yeah it’s a secret you have to come and secret you have to hire her and then Yes all right business first okay so not many tourists in that area okay and I I prefer to visit uh these places um early morning 7 oh okay all right and then let’s let’s talk about food yes what’s your favorite food actually food um ramen ramen yes ramen so if you say ramen ramen is actually popular in Kyoto or Lmen is very popular and they have like you know the lmen oh ramen street and also in a department store in Kyoto station oh Kyoto station yeah a lots of the lava is built in there and I go that’s my um um the place to visit KMA Park ah yeah and uh I also like the sushi sushimi of course but I think the sund lo um sausage and mash ah sausage and mush okay so how about uh do you do like a tea ceremony and a tea ceremony yes because in Tokyo Kyoto is very popular with the tea from the uji oh from the uji yep and the tea ceremony is originally from Kyoto or Yep all right and then any any other places that you want to recommend for example now in Kyoto people go to only a few spots that they are really crowded yeah um I I think the we have a lot of uh the temple trends but uh a lot of people believe or I mean like they prefer to visit like a golden course oh so the for the first time for them they are prefer to visit like a golden temple or um Kiomi dera temple or like in right yeah and this is I believe this one is very very very popular as well here for the first timer I think they are going different places okay so is is just here this is the approaching road still okay oh we have to go okay yeah yeah we have to go all right and then so you said you lived in London i live in London for how long four years four years you live in London and have you been to any other countries uh Italy Italy uh France and um Denmark and Germany and Switzan so that Yeah can I ask which one is your favorite italy why why Italy uh I’m I don’t belong to any religion but the church is Oh you like church yes I love charge and when I visited it to uh San Pedro in uh Rome um it was so amazing so amazing oh how about how about food food is nice but I prefer like a Japanese food uh oh you prefer Japanese food i mean Japaneseish Italian food because the in Japan uh the chef tried to cook as like um if they um as Japanese taste right so um they once my Italian friend visited me and we went to Italian restaurant but they didn’t like it because the taste is not the original yes i I I noticed that yeah yeah because I have been living in Japan for 9 years now and the there are many foods from like Italy Europe everywhere but it’s actually been the food has been localized a bit yeah yeah exactly so it’s not same as the original one so uh the I um to be honest I prefer like Japanese Italian ah yeah Italian food in Italy right it’s not my taste okay weird oh it’s weird yeah yeah all right and then how about uh have you been actually have you have you had any issues like for example to get lost in like any station any area you have to like for example check the map or something because you are a tour guide so it’s a it’s interesting point if you for example as a tour guide you don’t find the location that you no I always go right I’ll check before before so but still like you know sometimes I get lost for example in Osaka because it’s very huge but um I don’t lie to uh my guest I definitely say oh sorry I’m lost and let’s find a way together right and so probably you know they are maybe I’m it doesn’t sound like professional but I’m only human that’s be my style today yeah that’s right actually yeah so uh yeah that’s my day my life all right and we are sooner in Rioani okay we are in the area yep all right what was the name again the place yanji yoanji yo Ryuanji yeah joe is the uh um um dragon oh real dragon yeah okay ang is difficult to explain difficult g is a temple ah so it’s like a something dragon temple yeah yeah something dragon temple yeah exactly this way it gives you gives you power is a power spot yeah and we have to buy the ticket oh we have to buy ticket here okay and so this uh temple how old is actually the temple is uh the 1450 so uh 700 700 years ago so is the original one the building or is the the original oh really yep cool yeah because uh lots of places around yeah yeah but in Kyoto is not the case yeah in in Tokyo for example everything is very new is that is not the original the Kyoto is also like 80 90% of the place uh got fire burn once oh really oh because of the like a lightning lightning or the wars yeah wars between like in Japan inside Japan yeah so we went to Noojo Castle like two years ago right and like Jojo Castle also bond lots of temples let’s go in wow very beautiful amazing so uh yeah English so even now it’s all green color because the summer time is coming but the people in Ekoto is coming uh to see cherry blossom or maple so uh springtime and autumn time is very busy but for me um now is the greatest time to see uh the pure nature because yeah now you see green yeah it’s green but can you imagine or can you see or can you try to see how many uh type of the green you have in here wow yes that’s the uh see like um that’s the timing to think about it and that’s the that’s the why I love uh this timing for sure that’s the best oh it’s like a spring type of green yeah it’s fresh it’s very fresh and even like the the raining I don’t know the raining make uh shiny ah okay and you know a lot a lot of people think that the moss is not good for me mos is beautiful ah yeah yeah it’s very beautiful you are one of the green oh yeah [Music] and you see the notice like the maybe the other branch they have also maple tree but the leaf is very tiny and expensive in Japanese one so that’s the why they um the edone love Japanese maple tree oh so this leaves actually in uh autumn they turn red only red red or like light red light brown color only one side okay okay different very beautiful coyo season yeah not a lot of people and there’s a pond there yeah pond and lutus root ah lutus lot normally uh Buddha it sits in on the lutus root i have a lot of the little here very cool and now we can’t see it but the uh that tree is going to be the um the pink color on the springtime because that’s the the tree on the back side yeah yep all right where we are now we are finally arrive at the temple which is the power temple and uh Mr the um Katsyama um sorry the Hosokawa um Katimoto um order to build this one 1450 so 600 600 years ago wow and they are very famous with the uh the garden because the you know the garden you can imagine uh something um and like Japanese garden they normally use water to um uh to create their gardens in the garden but they don’t use any waters they just use the small stones and rocks oh only the drugs and stuff so uh um and um that’s kind of like imagination i wanted to um explain what my think but I want you to feel that uh individually so uh let’s go let’s go filming okay inside inside is okay don’t let me do Oh So beautiful or this like original calligraphy this is like very old very old and did you write but we actually uh they are using only um one color of the black ink oh but um you know if you uh put the weight the black is going to be more deeper but if you don’t uh push and the black will be like fading or different colors so they just only using one um black color so that’s you have to meditate you have to clear your mind first then you can do this and um the size is like different or like you know they have like a powerful um handwriting so uh it’s not like you know the tiny tiny tiny tiny so um yeah they have like a confidence to dynamic yeah dynamic but still looks like a simple it’s not the busy busy so just very controlling their mind horse oh horse horse this is it says like drinking alcohol my favorite which one oh maybe so just to confirm again so this is the original building since 600 years ago or I think the I’m not so sure about this uh display decoration the display okay the main building okay the garden original oh okay okay but the garden we don’t know who made it who made it okay it’s very beautiful it’s very beautiful so here you can see the view of the garden here wow before we are going to garden I want to show you all right this um sample is for everyone who has like a disability or has like you know um healthy body this is the miniature garden this is the miniature garden and you know the people who is disability come and that’s the garden yeah how the garden is right and there are actually a lot of people is counting like um basically they have like 15 stones and then they are looking like two people that’s the not garden you don’t need to find everything it’s not the answer the answer is in you so you don’t need to find out this is the rocks and the small the storms but um the people think the universe or see ocean and the storms they might see something else so the all everything is imagination you don’t need to insist on one thing you don’t need to fight the blind people oh oh they can actually touch it no no only for the blind blind people so blind people blind oh yeah i said I said blind people can touch it only them oh this is the garden wow it’s so beautiful this is amazing so cool and um here is the main garden place and actually where this garden is not the it looks flat but it’s kind of like downhill from there to there that’s because um they want to avoid the water like you know for example now it’s raining so they can the water can run away from this one they created like right so beautiful what is inside oh inside is this one this is the you see oh now they have changed Okay from here oh now you see okay so they normally this door is closed okay oh normally it’s closed yeah and Yes and this is like they have like a black ink and um um how this garden okay and also the from here they you see uh nine uh of the dragon hunt wow it’s interesting there is no color used it’s only black and white yeah yes but you see a lot of different colors yeah yeah so that’s the um they try to um um clear their mind okay and they also Okay next and the dragon is just one came out uh to uh the real life okay and this dragon looks very faithful and powerful uh because you can see from the nail or their um teeth let’s see and also the skin is also like you know young middle flesh uh like you know baby or young dragon interesting but if you can’t see or if you can’t not clear your mind you don’t notice that you just kind of through the people to go and stop and think and look and feel that’s the important thing right and this is original oh this is original [Music] it’s very beautiful [Music] and uh we have lots of lanterns in Japan like Japanese temple and shrines and we have like not really only one type of the lantern we have a lot just only one type but can you see the uh half moon from the mountain and the uh because that’s the uh Z Buddhism um you know the moon and uh our mental is uh the similar we want to be happy but sometime we can’t see and sometimes our heart is shade so but um always we are coming back to like um as we Yeah so they just want to show like you know even the people or like nature has moody moody right it’s really beautiful here even walking in this area without meditation makes you relax yeah and when you go to your probably you notice that if you go to the temple you see kind of like uh this space on the rooftop yeah that means they want to um this one they want to avoid from the backl because you know the lot of Japanese like shrines has got fire burns or any like um mysterious sick for the human or kind of like everything so they just want to avoid from the backl and also this um uh this wall the concept is they look like a dragon skin oh so this place is um you know probably my dragon but all your imagination right and you know uh wabishabi wabishabi yeah Japanese quote no wabishabi is like always like you know you you want to accept a new thing oh okay but the Asian is also beautiful oh okay so dear ones or I mean like Steve Jobs is coming here quite a lot because that’s his favorite temple oh he came here actually a lot steve the Steve Job okay regular place he was a me he was a member yeah yeah like me yeah anyway and um uh there was because lots of people have like iPhone yeah and he doesn’t like to uh the people to uh cover iPhone because so it doesn’t it can’t go to their original so the day drop the screen is going to be blank but even still that’s their you know the style so the that means he want to u I think he will um think the wabishabi is very important in life so I think the uh that’s The idea is from the right yeah and I finally we hear the uh frog oh that’s frog it’s actual frog this is frog it sounds different oh there’s some frog maybe this is not the original one because they are keeping the original one to the safe place and um can I see um yes the upside down this one is actually Oh that’s the original yeah this is the original and this is the uh not the original one but still like it looks like the original one copy uh this is copy okay it’s a copy of the This one is a copy and it says um this is like a mouse okay mouse oh and these um have to be together five yes i mean like is myself and is just and this is like a tu is enough and that’s two enough okay we should be satisfied satisfied Yeah so satisfaction satisfaction life satisfaction satisfaction all right so what was the story about these trees actually uh this is a Japanese cedar japanese cedar cedar okay cedar and you know they they have like a very tiny uh branch or but still they are growing straight up the trunk yeah trunk and we have like uh lots of typhoons or like heavy raining or wind but this is stay still super strong so tiny but strong the nature has the power and give us some like power this tree looks like you hairstyle so you just said hairstyle is Mickey Mouse so this hairstyle isn’t Minnie Mouse it is cedar it’s cedar okay so actually shape so call me Shida from the So she actually cosplay this tree yes of course the green how green nature has a power wow was it by chance or purposely your green um I love green i love green don’t mistake don’t get me wrong it’s just a color okay this is your place all green yes like a green theme park theme park of green yeah it’s very beautiful maybe if they die they want to brown color brown color like this brown like this winter winter oh in winter they turn brown into this this is a like Japanese normal sida so okay interesting very cool poland poland say that again say that again say that again poland comes from this so coffu everybody is sneeze because of this tree i’m victim of Poland so this is your enemy te yes really no not enemy not enemy is a friend yeah because she’s my friend mean she also my friend oh so she she is the cause of the W because friends So actually the kafunu in Japan that causes a lot of like allergy people yeah a lot of people sneeze and stuff they have to take medicine it’s coming from this tree this tree yeah and you don’t get that you don’t have that allergy because we are friends with Also I don’t have that allergy too you do i don’t know so maybe also I’m a friend of this tree yeah sitter sitter yay maybe I’m still enemy yeah you’re enemy mama
