We had a wonderful time at a local Izakaya and the chef behind the Counter was great. The highball cocktail with yuzu was da bomb😊
man i love Osaka, i'll do a bar run with a couple of lucky randoms later in October from hidden away whisky spots to some crazy theme bars ^^

Went to Osaka last summer and spent three nights drinking at a wine bar that specialized in Madeira, what a great time!
Kansai region is the best. Different than kanto ! yes they so outgoing thats why i lived there for 6 years and only 3 months in kanto. (Tokyo and around it)
only if you can speak some degree of the local language in this case japanese. I happens to be fluent in japanese but it will be difficult to those who cant.
Japan is still a very japanese only language wise also the sign, menu, instructions etc … again lucky i am a japan freak so i got no problems but for those who cant it is a real problem when you are there.
This is why it is so important to learn the local language of any country.
Tokyo was warm, but Osaka was fire!
