Hotel room review – The Far East Village Hotel (Yokohama, Japan).@aumsworldlytravels

very good evening from Yokohama in Japan um I’ve just checked into my room at the farest Village hotel in Yokohama and my room is on the 11th floor uh which gives me Club lounge access so um you know if I need some refreshments or or whatever it is it’s open during certain hours uh that was explained to me at check-in um I can uh you know go and uh and sit there and and have some drinks and and so forth I’d like to show you through this room uh which is on the 11th floor and uh we we’ll just start at the behind the door in the in the room here um the the don’t disturb uh sign that that that’s a magnetic um you know sticker kind of thing that comes off and you can pop it um outside at the entrance of your door just outside your your room and you know that way no one actually disturbs you um during your stay because you you don’t want to be disturbed and that’s what the sign is for there’s also something very interesting about as a as a door stopper that’s also magnetic so you know you can uh uh just uh take that out and uh put it um uh in in the doorway here and um you can keep the door open if you like um and and so forth so storage space um yes it’s not too large but anyway it’s just ample um you can probably stick one of your cabin uh bags that you normally put uh on the aircraft uh in the cabin overhead lockers uh so that’s that’s a nice little space there you can hang your clothes um obviously you got to put in your key card to power all the lighting and the air conditioning and as you leave um you know it’ll turn off everything in the room so that’s good energy saving you I’ve just put my luggage in there so you can see that it a standard medium siiz bag backpack U you know fits in uh nicely in this space without getting getting in the way the uh tea coffee facilities standard tea and coffee um there doesn’t appear to be any coffee such it’ss here but I I guess I I found that out in in the other hotel that I stayed in as well um and probably the reason why that is is that there is a there’s two coffee machines down in the lobby um so if you’d like to grab some coffee you know you just head down to the lobby and and relax and enjoy uh you know on on lounges down there and it’s all free and complimentary which is great so you don’t have to have coffee in the room um your safe which is usual and um the mini bar fridge now this is not probably the standard mini bar fridge that you know you used to but it’s okay to put couple of Coke cans and you know small water bottles there um and obviously it comes empty because um you know you can fill it up with your own purchases or grab something from the from the lounge uh if you get the 11th floor moving on to this part of the room um something I noticed is that which is quite unusual is that the entrance to the bathroom is a step so you got to you got to be careful um that you know you’re not walking into bathroom uh as you normally walk or you be used to be walking in in in your own house or any other hotel room that you that you go and stay in uh this one is elevated so need to bear that in mind and the door actually opens out and the uh bathroom is just compact it’s not too big uh it’s just right so I’m just going to step up here and surprise so bathtub I never expected the bathtub uh in this particular area I I just expected uh a shower so uh that’s a good that’s a good size a but it’s probably not ideal for you know someone who’s tall and they need to stretch their their feet or whatever it is but anyway it’ll do it seems to be deep enough um not quite the olympic size pool but uh anyway that’s an option you’ve got there to use um close the door here and wow so bed TV a little humidifier um it’s very small and compact Furniture so I I just love it I mean I I wouldn’t want so much space in a room you know if you’re traveling soow it’s just perfect for your stay you know you you’re not really bumping into anything yeah extra space is is something that we all want but at the end of the day you know a small room kind of brings that uh great feeling you know when when you’ve got all the all the accessories that you need I I mean I can see here that you’ve got your USB uh charge ports you you got you got some uh uh buttons here to to switch off your your lights so it followers that uh room entrance oh great that’s what that did um [Music] your clock and I just I just love the pillows you know there’s two pillows here but this hotel has uh has sort of given these uh you know standard pillows that that that are quite comfortable and and I’ve experienced this from another Far East uh Village Hotel um in asakusa that’s where I came from um let’s have a look at the view outside okay so ooh that is view out there of the Waterfront or probably a shopping area we’ll probably have a better look in the morning uh but uh lot of light uh reflection that we can see in the window here so nevertheless um little uh desk here your TV just be mindful of um stepping up into the bathroom and uh luggage is sorted and that’s that’s the review of of this room um I I hope that um I have um you know inspired my viewers uh who plan to probably you know visit Japan and visit uh Yokohama uh and if you’re ever in this part of the world uh watch out for a hotel called farest Village Hotel it’s not too far from the subway station uh I’ll put the details in the description and um you know if you’ve enjoyed watching this video uh really be grateful if you can give us a like and uh please uh subscribe to our channel so that uh you you can be informed of uh uh new videos that we post uh at other destinations that we visit and experience uh local Cuisine local hospitality and and culture all the best a very good evening from Yokohama once again take care goodbye

Welcome to my youtube channel 🙏. In this video, I would like to take my viewers around the hotel room in The Far East Village Hotel, which is located in Yokohama (Japan). My hotel room was on the 11th floor (this floor is also exclusively for access to a club lounge room).

The hotel room is very different from any other hotel rooms that i have previously stayed in. This hotel room is small, yet it includes all amenities to make your stay memorable and comfortable. There is a bathtub, and bathrobes are provided for guest use. There is a small work desk and the television is large, with a number of local and international movie channels.

The Far East Village Hotel in Yokohama is located very close to the metro and train station, so you can get to the Tokyo city centre in around 45 minutes.

I enjoyed my 5 night stay at this hotel, which also serves breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities available in the hotel lobby on a complimentary basis. #yokohama #tourism #hotelroom #hotels #hotelreview #travel #travelling #travelvlog #japan #japantravel #yokohamacity #aumsworldlytravels
