first kini now we’re just waiting to figure out what train to get to get to our hotel i will check in again when we’re at the hotel and freshened up a little bit because been traveling for a very long time and probably don’t look very good but anyway see you at the hotel we finally got to our hotel i’m just going to do a super quick room tour because it’s going to get really messy cuz we’re very tired so come in and take your shoes off and put on your house slippers the bathroom is actually pretty spacious for Japan i’m impressed it’s like a whole wet room okay special toilet and then kitchen there’s my mom trying to tidy up there’s a little table a little sitting area there and our beds it’s like in a little kind of separate cove now we’re going to go shower and then find some dinner [Music] welcome to Japan yay our food arrived oh my god that’s so good i have cold pon and hot mom’s first meal in Japan are you excited to have tempura mom are you excited to have tempura yes look [Music] okay it’s a tak we’re going to try [Music] oh my god [Music] i think I might eat this one again it’s such a big prawn right [Music] going to blow on it but it’s not hot yeah it makes a ice cream and it literally looks like the [Music] picture m tastes very chestnutty so I’m very happy okay bye we made it to Osaka last night we just went out to have dinner we had really delicious tempura cuz it’s my mom’s favorite so that was the first thing that we did and then now we’re in our hotel just got ready to go out i think we’re going to my mom and I will get our nails done and my brother will just do whatever but first we’re going to go find some breakfast so let’s go look how cute this is the actual name of the hotel that we’re staying and they’ve full on like branded the mugs and they’re actually a really good quality mug and I’m also super excited about this which no one else is going to care about but look at this tiny drawer it’s so cute i’m really happy with our accommodation it’s a lot more space than I was expecting especially being in Japan but yeah really happy [Music] what’s up [Music] my first Yoshi [Music] wow so good okay oh that’s really good and some pumpkin chicken fried chicken m chicken is really good no I think my whole meal was like $730 i think I really just love put on noodles here they’re so chewy [Music] this tastes better than mom cool magic [Music] good morning this is day two in Osaka we just went shopping um my mom and I got our nails done she loved it she loved getting all the decals and then yeah we just like walked around did some shopping had a really delicious dinner at a sushi place near our house and it was insane the quality of food was incredible and then last night after dinner we just walked around the Doon Bori area and we tried the famous takoyaki it was kind of a let down the flavor was nice but it was like really soggy for some reason so yeah I don’t know would not recommend but there’s so many takoyaki places here i’ll have to try again somewhere else but anyway and then my brother and I actually went to this bar called Film Bar Wonder it’s like a bar that bases their cocktails on movie names and movie themes it’s a really small intimate bar and yeah we just got to chat to the bar owner who was really lovely and there was all the decorations and stuff everywhere you can tell like how much effort he put into it so that was really cool so we went to bed a little bit late now we’re up in the morning about to check out of this hotel because we have to move to our other hotel it’ll be good to explore a new area i think today I don’t know we don’t really have plans we’ll just play it by ear so we’ll see what happens okay bye okay i’m trying the beef tendon curry pun pretty good my mom and brother were trying the other ones this morning already this one’s potato and bacon i like the potato bacon one this is a caramel salted caramel croissant m oh this is really good it’s like um everything she gave me like five samples so it was really sweet so I’m so excited to try it all right first I got to try proper brule yes so excited wonder if it’s going to like shatter oh it does a little bit m oh that’s really good yum we We saw this uh things past this one oh it’s like more crispy on top m ooh that’s like kind of nutty i guess cuz of the sesame seeds m oh my god i’m in heaven we’re about to go have dinner soon so this one with like fried sweet potato on top m oh that’s good too they’re all really good i’m going to share with my family now bye okay what’s your verdict let me see oh yeah that is good which one’s your favorite one i think I like this one actually the one with the sesame seed on there we’re back we came back specifically for this literally this i’m so we’re visiting Osaka Castle so I’m very excited to finally do some sightseeing since we’ve been here hence the pretty dress today and I got my hair done yesterday so feeling very good this is the only full length mirror my dress is from Kmart so thank you Kmart and yeah hopefully we can take some pretty pictures at the castle so see you there this is our breakfast today my brother found a Is it a French bakery or just like a bakery i think it’s a French bakery like French style bakery here so it looks pretty good beautiful so crispy so look at the lay of the pastry and is it chocolate inside or what is it chocolate real chocolate okay [Music] we’re in line for Osaka Castle and it is so very hot i had to buy a fan i mean it’s pretty bad but at least practical and I even got a parasol because it’s just too hot to be in the sun but it’ll look make the photos look so I think we have about 20 more minutes till we have to wait to get in and then we get to see the beautiful castle oh cool chew [Music] [Music] this is a nice background to eat this i got the 100 10 yen coin or whatever i don’t know it actually costs 500 yen but anyway let’s try i got the cheese one m this is good m the cheese is all like crisped up the cheddar’s kind of like crystallized onto the thing it’s not cheese pool though but it’s pretty good it’s just like a pancake with cheese [Music] hello how do you last october, we were lucky enough to travel to japan again and it was my mum’s first time. it was also my first time in osaka so it was great to be able to explore and make memories together.
we spent about three nights in osaka, shopping, eating, pampering and just living our best life!
