food hope you guys are having a great day wherever you are so it is uh 10:40 a.m right now and we’re both a little bit hungry actually we’re starving so first thing we’re going to do is get something to eat we heard that there is a place serving amazing sandwiches possibly the best on the island so let’s check it [Music] [Applause] out so we have arrived this is the Bros Sandwich stand and this has been on my radar for a while now and I’m so happy we’re here this uh sandwich stand is located in Ona Village and so definitely much more convenient if you have a car i heard really good things about this sandwich place super super hungry so we decided to get two of the best sellers here in Aika the number one best seller this is the bro sandwich this is amazing we got it with a set which comes with fries and a drink of choice this consists of bacon ham lettuce tomato onions pickles cheese egg mustard and black pepper oh and the bread is toasted look at that oh I love it oh m oh wow m this is a sandwich guys this is a sandwich everything blends so well together i can taste the bacon but I can also taste the ham black pepper brings it all together i love the toasted bread and I love how fresh and crispy the lettuce leaves are tomato onion fresh as well i think I found like my favorite sandwich shop in Okinawa this is really good so mine is a fi cheese sandwich golden cheese bell pepper onion and mushroom you can choose from beef pork and chicken we chose beef first I like this lightly toasted bread it has a crispy texture then after that the beautiful bell pepper flavor came to my mouth beef and onion umami and cheese brings all together so good and this beef umami is excellent the sandwiches are so good we couldn’t resist we decided to get one more this one uh just alakart you know no drinks or anything this is the grilled three cheese sandwich made with cheddar mozzarella and gold cheese and black pepper look at this beautiful cheese i know i know one of my favorite things to eat is a grilled cheese sandwich and I haven’t had one in so long you guys know what I mean right if you grew up in a western country you know what I’m talking about okay this is art it’s art and once again nice and toasted [Applause] that’s really good cheese blend has a nice complex taste simple but it’s very complex i know here here try the bro sandwich can I have a bite of the Philly cheese sandwich m the Philly cheese might be my favorite oh my goodness i know some of you guys might be thinking that’s not a real Philly cheese steak sandwich i know what you mean um I lived in Philadelphia for a year and I love Philly cheese sandwiches the authentic ones but this is really good this is really good this is really good please give it a try and the bro sandwich amazing actually all of them all of them are really good i’m so glad we got the grilled cheese too so we are going to finish eating and drive to next [Music] place here is a seaside driving we stopped by to buy coffee yes because the sandwich is so big to prevent from becoming sleeping exactly this seaside cafe is one of our favorite places to visit it’s so retro the sign is neon one of the most famous drive-ins here in Okinawa yeah really really famous um and it’s right in front of the beach look this beautiful beach [Music] next we came here a very very beautiful place my face is beautiful yeah this place is Diamond Beach Cafe look at this view we are sitting at the terrace seat it’s just in front of the beach the contrast with these drinks and ocean it’s brilliant my drink is Murasaki latte the purple yam latte look at this beautiful garon papara white and mocha and brown yeah I think you have to mix it up okay yeah there’s still syrup on the bottoms oh sweet potato taste it’s in a very beautiful mocha taste milk and coffee combination oh it’s very refreshing light but it has a flavor of sweet potato nice it’s in this view i got the guava banana smoothie cuz I felt like something sweet and like Satoshi says I mean this place is so chill sun beach nice wind delicious sweets good company ooh nice interesting it’s actually interesting interesting m it’s interesting because I can taste the banana but I think they’re using local guava obviously because guava grows here but it’s different guava from the guava I’m used to drinking in Hawaii the guava in Hawaii is pink so I think I have a feeling that the guava here is a little bit different um it’s it has a different flavor so today we’re are driving around we’re just chilling uh we’re doing this because you guys told me that we need to relax a bit more so I thought why not make a chill vlog and so hope you guys are enjoying this vlog so far we are going to make a total of three videos from uh Okinawa so sure sounds good sounds good okay let’s go [Music] so we decided to visit the Southeast Botanical Garden i’ve always wanted to visit here because it’s supposed to be pretty big lots to see and did you know that there’s beautiful illuminations at night supposed to be one of the best illuminations oh I did not know that yeah not sure if we’re going to be staying that long but uh I’m just glad that we’re here cuz I’ve never been here and it’s so chill i like plants i like garden yes you do wow this place is huge so many different areas but I particularly am fond of these birds i don’t know what kind of bird this is but they’re quite friendly hello hello hi i wish I had some food for you is this bird wide um I don’t know it went that way wow but the bird has claws like sharp looking claws mhm mhm yeah so I think it can hurt you maybe maybe and they also have birds show what’s watch birds performance show and we are watching two birds I think they are parrots flying between two stops and that’s very watchers are beautiful here I see some goat really I see some goat over there goat yes goat not goat goat hello I hear you goat can you guys see the goat over there look at that okay let’s go inside here oh hello oh I think we can feed you 200 yen to feed the goats on these little leaves here you know what i’m going to feed some goats yeah you just put your coins here wow you can do it yeah I like goats hello wow i was thinking you are a city boy yeah but human oh my god I came ah you hungry you want some huh yes you want it there you go waiting waiting hello you too you too no no so cute oh wow wow so actually it was getting a little bit hot and we’re both sweating and kind of dehydrated fortunately there is a cafe inside the shop and this is a Okinawan gelato made with Okinawan ingredients no artificial colors or preservatives and we got the Okinawan mango and the Okina one what was it banana banana banana that’s right okina banana okay so this is the mango mango beautiful yellow color how is it how’s the mango mango mango mango mango so this is the island banana banana banana banana banana banana you know what it tastes like it tastes like a banana that you have frozen and softened you know you know what I’m talking about right very banana it’s very natural flavor what are we doing after this seriously this whole day was not planned dinner time dinner time okay at a nice place at a nice place hm i wonder what that means all right so it’s dinner time guys we decided to come to Umi Kaji Terrace one of my favorite spots near Naha uh this is on an island called Senajima it’s located right next to the airport if you have been watching my Shinichi’s World channel my other channel you would know what I’m talking about because I come here often and this particular restaurant here is called Oajino Maguro and this is my second time here first time for Satoshi first time I came here was during the pandemic and I really liked it so I wanted Satoshi to try it out so we both ordered a rice and as addition I ordered right that’s an additional charge but definitely worth it yes I love and this is a hippoki rice on tuna tuna sashimi seasoned with soy sauce maybe at the bottom of this tuna it’s avocado and rice i like this combination and this is Goya but the color is Yeah it’s like a It’s a bitter melon pickles it’s really delicious wow what’s the color of this and you have salad as well and they give one egg raw egg oh it’s seasoned not only soy sauce ginger tasting soy sauce with sea grape i love this crunchy stuff i love this okay I crack egg i failed egg is here maybe I had to put only the egg yolk i think so yeah I collected all okay but that’s okay [Music] okay so it means egg yolk avocado and rice in one time egg yolk combines all these ingredients into one it’s good egg yolk and tuna is a very good friend and avocado is also nice the other thing is that they’re using sushi rice so the rice is favored with vinegar as well so you have a little bit of sourness which kind of balances out everything it’s really good this looks like a poke bowl but it’s really not it doesn’t remind me of a poke bowl it’s more like a to me it’s more like tekadon like tuna rice bowl but like sushi rice bowl and the sound you hear are the planes because we are literally right next to the airport of course we have to finish the video with dessert so we’re going to go right next door after this i got this matcha smoothie from a Italian place called Karino and um yeah this is what it looks like uh it’s a smoothie it’s topped with something and something it’s like brown so So that looks like whipped cream with um some kind of dark sauce that is a Okinawan brown sugar syrup oh okay yeah this is actually more like a frappuccino than a smoothie it’s uh icy which is actually good cuz it’s very dessert-like but I have to say the matcha flavor is really spot on kind of like um I’m kind of surprised by it like this is better than a Starbucks matcha frappuccino honestly I had such a great time today super chill i’m so relaxed i love driving a car in Kiwa did you enjoy it yes I really enjoyed and I enjoyed the sandwich oh yeah yeah the sandwich is really good so thank you bros for making those amazing sandwiches really enjoyed them everything we did today was just perfect you know everything was just delicious relaxing oh we got we got to experience um the the garden which was really nice we got to put some uh animals right i got to feed goats and I got to see you scared at birds anyway had such a good time um this is what we do when we come to Okinawa a day like this is like very typical for us but anyway we really really hope you guys enjoyed watching this video thank you so much for coming along with us if for The Bros Sandwich Stand was ok our bucket list for years. We decided to try it out for lunch today! Afer that, we checked out a beachside cafe, and visit a hufe botanical garden with cute animals!
