JAPAN AIRLINES – Service excellence! | JL774 Melbourne – Tokyo | Economy Class | TRIP REPORT

Hello and welcome! Thank you for joining me on this Japan Airlines flight to Tokyo-Narita in Economy Class.

This is the first of four flights on this spontaneous trip to Japan in the southern hemisphere winter. This was not a planned trip that I normally do like 5 months in advance. This trip was planned 1 week before. In fact, Japan was not my target destination, but Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan were. However, no economy class flights to those destinations were below $3,000 AUD, except Japan. I got an incredible deal on Japan Airlines to Tokyo which I only spent $1,010 one way considering the time I booked and leaving the week after! So Japan it was.

Japan Airlines consistently demonstrates why it is one of the best airlines in the world. The crew were incredible, professional and showed that all signature Japanese courtesy and respect. The product on Japan Airlines was great, even in Economy Class and stands out as one of the airlines with one of the best airlines seats in the industry with its SkyWider Economy seats.
