We Cruised in a FIRST CLASS Penthouse Suite on a Budget!
Today we’re taking a 10-night
cruise in this luxury penthouse suite. I mean
just look at it. We’re going to let you know
how we booked this at a much lower budget price. Plus
we’re going to be exploring Japan and some of
its amazing ports including visiting Universal
Studios Japan. Oh my gosh guys. Indulging in
all of the local culture and food and showing you
around this epic cabin. Let’s do this. Oh this is
lovely. Cheers. Well ahoy there cruisers and welcome
back to Japan. We’ve just arrived in Kobe which is right next door to Osaka and today
we’re going to be adventuring to one of the major
theme parks here in Japan. Universal Studios Japan.
But first of all yes we’re in a suite and oh my gosh is it incredible. Just wait until
we show you around. But one of the major benefits
that we get by staying in a suite is that we
get to have breakfast and lunch in one of the specialty
restaurants every single day. So let’s
head down grab some food because I am starving.
Ben needs some breakfast desserts as well.
So we’re going to head to Cagney’s which is
usually the American Steakhouse restaurant for some
lovely breakfast. And then we’re going to explore.
I am so excited. Let’s do this. Well good morning
my chicken tikas. I hope you’re all well today.
It’s a gorgeous day today. We’ve came down
to Cagney’s. This is actually the first time we’ve
been here for breakfast and I’m very excited.
It’s so relaxed isn’t it. It’s so lovely. We’ve got ourselves a nice little window
by the table and we’ve popped our orders in and waiting for our foodicles. Oh it’s all fancy as
well guys because we get a cafeteria or for you North Americans a friendship press. Look at this.
Look at this bad boy. Nice coffee. I bet this is going
to be blooming good. So let’s go and have a try of
it. As we have straw. Because usually the free coffee
on cruise ships is usually a bit yucky. Oh look
at that. It looks rich and delicious. Let’s
have a little try because of this. It’s ruined the
tablecloth as well. I’ve just splashed it everywhere guys.
You can’t take me anywhere can you. Let’s have
a little try of this. Oh that is lovely. That’s a
bean to be proud of. A bean that was brought up well
on a farm somewhere in Colombia or maybe even
Japan. But a great start to the day. We put our
orders in. Super excited to get some food
and then I’m really excited to head over to Universal
Studios. But in this episode we’re going
to go all over the sweet experience. What’s included.
What’s not included. And then at the end
we’re going to give you our brutally honest review
of whether or not it’s worth it. And like we
said in the intro you might be surprised at what
we paid for this. Because we paid about half
what we normally do. So it was a blooming steal.
But we’ll fill you in how we did that later on. Well it’s breakfast dessert time. A little
bit prematurely guys because it’s came first before
anything else. But I’m here for it. I love
my breakfast desserts. We went for banana caramel
pancakes. It comes with some whipped butter which
I’m going to put on there as well. We thought
it was whipped cream at first but I don’t
think it is. I think it’s butter. Just just what
you need. A heart attack with breakfast. Let’s
go and have a try. Yeah you better check that.
Oh that’s all types of good. Goodness of the caramel.
Beautiful bananas. All caramelised and the pancakes
are like super fluffy and delicious as well.
A very nice start to the day. I think that’s
like keep us going for most of the day until we
can try some snacks in Universal later on. Perfect.
I’m going to finish all these off. Don’t mind me.
Our first course has came second but it’s fine.
It’s all good. It’s nice and hot. I think they’re
just bringing it out when it’s ready and I’m here
for that. I went for a frittata. Spinach and ricotta
and it’s got some mushrooms and leek in there
as well. I think it looks lovely. It’s like
the lighter option but I did just have pancakes so you know. You’ve got bread with it as well.
Balances in life. The ricotta cheese is nice and
creamy. The um the vegetables are nice and still
crispy and delicious. A lovely breakfast. I went
for the avocado and toast and it looks beautiful.
Very vibrant indeed with a very large egg on top.
Some nice green avocados and the toast looks
lovely nice and thick. Right let’s go cut into it
shall we. Oh that felt good. I love breaking
an egg apart. Oh very good indeed. The yolk is so
orange as well so I know that the good eggs which
is good. A good egg. We all like a good egg
don’t we guys. Let’s have a little try shall we.
Was it a naughty egg? Well flip my eggs and call me over easy. It’s
delicious. It’s really really fresh. It’s really well seasoned as well. It’s got a layer of feta cheese
on there as well. Makes it super salty and yummy. That is smashing. Very good indeed guys.
Oh god. So guys we’ve teased you enough and it’s
time to show you our cabin here on board but I’m
not gonna do it. I’m going to get past David to
do it for you. So hello past David are you there.
Oh hi how are you today. Well thanks future
David. I’m good thank you and may I just say
you’re looking great. Oh thank you for that compliment.
You look really really lovely. Have you
done something new with your hair. Oh stop. Anyway
let’s get on with the cabin tour shall we. Welcome
to our penthouse suite. Put some big text there where
it goes like because I think it deserves that. Pretend
that’s not there guys. That’s a star luggage.
We’ve hidden it in the corner. Not very well. Yeah
usually we dump our luggage in a corner and I sit
in the toilet while Ben’s filming. But first things
first we have an entrance hallway. How very grand. A nice little area to check yourself
before you leave. Dump all your keys and your stuff
here and all their bits and bats. Nice big lights
as well. And Ben we have some drinky poos. Oh
some bubbly. We do. As part of being in the suite
we get a glass of pole cement. Very nice but
shall I show you the rest of the cabin. Wow
this is so so lovely. Already I think it’s one of
the nicest cabins we’ve stayed in. I think we’re
a pair of lucky boys today David. I do think we’re
a pair because this is a really nice space to
be spending the next week and a bit and in Japan
first things first we have a little bar area with
an espresso machine as Sabrina Carpenter said.
This has a little water in that they’ll refill
every single day. There’s also a kettle underneath
here as well for the teas. Here’s your room
service menu. Room service is included but as
a little cheeky bonus we can actually order from any
restaurant and they will bring it to this cabin
which is great. Even specialty restaurants.
Specialty restaurants. Obviously you’ve got to pay
for the specialty restaurants but we can use
our package in the room as well because isn’t
that lovely. Yeah so we can actually dine on the…
Here’s what you made earlier. Dining table
and we can enjoy our meals in here. This is so
lovely. It’s like a little apartment isn’t it.
I just love it. Under here that’s where I said the
kettle was and some storage. Some more storage
in there and this is where the fridge is as well.
There’s no included mini bar. Nothing like that.
It’s just an empty fridge for you to pop your
drinks in. Literally the only thing you’re getting
is that bottle of sparkling water. Sorry sparkling
wine and that bottle of water. Wow she looks
like Cher. Like she’s had a lot of very good
work because in 2020 she underwent a hundred million
dollar makeover. She’s an old ship but these
cabins and this suite look absolutely very sweet
indeed. It looks modern, bright, just really really
lovely. In fact this might be one of the nicest
cabins we’ve ever stayed in. Stay tuned for the price
as well because you might be surprised because
we did this suite on somewhat of a sweet budget.
Now it wasn’t cheap don’t get me wrong but it was
a lot cheaper than you normally get but this cabin’s
lovely. I really like the fact it’s got a separate
living room with that table. You’ve got
a lovely sofa here which I assume converts into
a bed as well and it’s just really nice that you’ve
got this lovely little living area. A big TV.
Now it’s not really a smart TV it’s just channels
on there but I did notice there’s a few movie channels and things. Storage under there.
A nice coffee table for enjoying that lovely coffee
machine. We love the coffee machine. We just
met our butler as well and he is really really lovely.
Asking if we wanted anything. Giving his card
saying I can get you anything at any time of the
day which is really fabulous. But yeah it’s a lovely
big space. It’s lovely and cool in here as
well so the aircon’s working nice because it’s a
gorgeous day outside and you’ve got lovely views
outside. We’re at the very back of the ship.
This is called an aft penthouse with a large balcony
and like I said we’ll show you that balcony
but it just feels really cozy and really lovely
and just kind of very very comfortable indeed.
Plus it feels a bit upscale guys. I think it’s
far too posh for two riffraffs like me and David
but yeah I’m very very impressed. It’s massive. It is mahousive. Now, it’s a very small bedroom
space, but I actually quite like it because
it feels quite cosy. Sometimes, like, for example,
Royal Caribbean’s antherm and the suites on there,
the big two-level suites, they’re quite open and vast,
whereas this whole cabin just feels quite intimate
and cosy and all snuggly. I really do like it. Do you want
to do the bed test? Let me do the bed test. Go on, David. It
looks like it’s going to be a soft one. It looks beautiful. It is. It doesn’t split either, so this is a
king bed that stays a king bed. Yeah, so you’re either sharing
a bed or, like you say, you can have a third person
in the living area, but this is a really comfortable bed.
It feels nice and plush. The bedding feels really lovely
as well, like really high premium bedding.
It feels really nice. I like this mirror because
it really makes the space feel a lot bigger
than it actually is. And then we also have some nice bedside tables. There’s powerpoints at
the side of the bed. European powerpoints by either
side of the bed, so both sides, which is lovely to see, especially
on an older ship. Yep, so you do need an adapter
if you’re coming from the US, but we always recommend
to do that anyway. Bring European adapters because most cruise
ships that are built in Europe will have European outlets in
the cabins as well, so you just get an extra outlet space. Yeah, it’s usually North American
and European, so bring something for both to maximise
your charging capabilities. Now, we’ve spent quite a bit
of time, past couple of days, in Japan, and we’ve been
already to a few hotels. And I keep opening drawers to
see what amenities are in here because Japanese hotels
have tons of amenities, so I keep looking for the pyjamas and things
like that bent, but sadly no pyjamas. However, I did pack my own Super
Mario pyjamas instead. Well, wait till you see the
bathroom amenities because they’re very plush
and luxurious indeed. Now, we have a TV in here, which
is quite a nice large TV. Lots of drawers here, guys. Oh, that’s
a very odd cupboard there. I don’t know what you’re going to pop
in there, maybe an umbrella. There’s even a cheeky one up here, Ben.
Lots of storage. It’s great. There’s a big wardrobe as well,
David, on the other side. I’ll swim you around because it is quite
tight. Looking at the pores on my nose. It’s a very wide lens. Oh, thank God I
had that nose wax before we came. Big cupboard space. Here is your little
teeny tiny safe. Some more drawers. Light just came on. Hello. Hello.
Hello. Good, sir. Someone’s home. But we also
do have slippers. I finally mean it is, Ben. We have
slippers. But yeah, it’s nice. Like I say, it is a little bit tight
here, but I like it. It’s super cosy. It’s cosy. Do you know what’s going to
be nice when you close all the doors on the night? It’s
going to be very dark. But it’s talking about brightness.
It’s very bright at the moment with all the lights.
I really do like it. Now, something that isn’t
quite as cosy is the bathroom. Do you want to show
us around, Ben? Well, holy smokes. This is a bathroom
on crack. It is amazing in here. What? On what? On crack. I guess this is what a bathroom
looks like on crack. But holy moly, guys,
this is amazing. It is absolutely huge. Look at
this, David. Very posh. I love the tiles. Listen
to this, everyone. Ooh. Real tiles. Real porcelain. Maybe even
real marble. But this is gorgeous. You’ve got a lovely sitting
area here, which is very bright. You’ve got a European
adapter as well. A little drawer, so a vanity drawer as well. A great place to get
ready in the morning. I also noticed it says, “Make yourself at home,” and that is exactly what
I shall be doing. You’ve got a lovely pair of very plush…
Oh, are you okay there? I’m good. I can’t get it back on. Bathrobes.
Lovely. But, yeah, very nice. The products are all L’Occitane. Straight
from France. Je j’ai le mule, poop. Who are your favourite there, Ben?
I know. Very lovely. You’ve got hand wash, you’ve
got hand cream, you’ve got soaps, you’ve got a his
and his or her and her or them and their or him and her, her or
him sinks, which is really cool. And, yeah, lovely. Very nice. Lots of
space, lots of drawers and things. Lights, a game which we like to see. Shower
caps to keep David’s hair dry. And some loofers. I love a loofer. But,
guys, look at this. A bath. A lovely big tub. It’s gigantic with
a peak of view mirror. So, hopefully, you’re not parked
very close to another ship. I’m guessing that these might be
mirrored. But do not beware. Do not be shocked. There are
blinds that come down. So, all is good in the world. We do not
have to flash anybody next to us. I know some people are into upside-down
pineapples and all that, but I’m not. But, yeah, a lovely window
which makes this bathroom just look huge and very,
very bright indeed. Even the floor. It’s all
beautifully tiled. If I didn’t already know, I would think
the ship is almost brand new. It really is a spectacular bathroom.
It is gorgeous. And I can’t wait to see the after views out
the back when we’re sailing later on, which is going to be so nice as well. You’ve got a glass room there with a little
toilet, just a standard toilet room. And then you’ve got an absolutely
gorgeous shower room. Let’s go take a look. Oh, look at this. Oh, my gosh. Rainfall shower. L’Occitane products,
which are so nice to see. We’ve stayed in some suites which don’t
even come with products. Looking at you, princess. And this is just really, really nice. You’ve got a huge window as well. Another peek of you window. This one doesn’t have blinds, guys. So, I think somebody might be putting on
a little bit of a show later on. I am guessing that that is mirrored. But I don’t know what the situation is at
night because mirrored windows at night, you usually can see. So, anybody at the back of the ship
is going to get a free show. Well, any oil tankers going past may
have a very good evening. Well, ahoy there, sailor. Anyway, really, really big.
Really nice, guys. I’m just shocked at how beautiful
this cabin is. I really am. It’s absolutely gorgeous. And for the price we paid for it
as well, I’m astounded. It’s just lovely. I can see there’s a Shaver
plug outlet and a North American outlet over
there as well. It’s just really lovely. I’m very pleased indeed. Anyway, David, go show the lovely people
our balcony, our large balcony. Well, hi guys. I’m out here
on the balcony. Ben is in there in that bathroom. And yes, I can see through there. So, you do need to use them
blinds if you’d like a little bit of privacy while
you’re using the bath. But why don’t you come outside and
take a look at our balcony. Come on, Ben. Come on. Oh, I can’t hear you. I’m coming,
David. I’m coming. What are you doing? I’m coming. I’m coming, David. Well, hello there. Just waiting for the show to
start in the shower. There’s nobody there at the moment. Just kidding. It is actually mirrored, so you can’t see into that shower
during the day. But like I said, you do need
to use the blinds during the day because you can’t
see into that bath. But this is a lovely aft balcony. Now, it’s not very deep,
but it’s very long. It’s got a nice lounger here, as I’m
demonstrating right now. This is how you lounge if
you didn’t know. And two chairs as well. I think the best thing about this balcony
is going to be the view. I don’t think… Have we ever
had an aft balcony? Oh, yeah, quite a few times. Have we? Yeah. Oster in the suite. Oh, yeah. Maybe I’ll just block that
from my memory. Virgin Boyages on the corner suite. OK. Correction. I completely forgot about them. But I’m still looking forward to it. It’s always a treat to have
an aft balcony, so… Yay! It’s so lovely out here. I’m feeling unbelievably lucky
to be in this cabin and so appreciative that we get
to do this as a job. We never forget that, guys. I know we always say that, but
it’s because of you. And we really, really do appreciate it. Please check out our Patreon as well, because
we make behind-the-scenes videos as well as extra full-length vlogs,
some from this cruise, and we put them on there just
for our Patrons. So they help us support us to create
honest and unbiased content that we pay for ourselves. The link to join is in the description
section below. A big thank you to you all. It
means so much to us. Now back to the future and
more handsome Ben. Oh, thank you so much, Ben, but
you’re much more handsome. Oh, don’t be silly, Ben. You’re
more handsome. No, you are. No, you are. No, it’s you. Oh, OK, I am. See you later. Rude. Anyway, guys, welcome back to the future. That was taken on boarding
day, obviously, because we wanted our suite to look
as beautiful as possible. But oh, my gosh, isn’t that gorgeous? We’ll reveal the price in a little while,
but it’s time to get off. So we’re going to go grab
a taxi or an Uber, which, by the way, are very
expensive in Japan, very much expensive in Japan. And we’re going to go over there.
It’s about 25 minutes. So let’s get off and have a fun day. I am so excited. I’m having the
best time in Japan. It’s the best place ever. I love
it. Right. Let’s go, David. So as another benefit of
staying in a suite, you get escorted off the ship and
you jump all the lines. And we were whisked off the ship and
we found the taxi stand. It was a little bit of a faff behind
it, but we found it in the end. And we’ve ordered our Uber to
head over to Universal. Now we are doing an Uber because
we are tight on time. You can use public transport, but
it just takes over an hour. That will be the cheaper option. But like I said, we haven’t got
much time in port today, so we want to maximise our
time in Universal. So we have splashed out for
the Uber instead. So welcome to Universal. Japan, guys, we made it. It was only about 30 minutes in a taxi, but it cost a whopping $75. Taxis here are so expensive, but it was
the quickest way to get here. Super excited to be at another
Universal park. So let’s check in, go in and
enjoy all of the rides. I’m so excited. Let’s do this, David. That is it. We’re officially
inside Universal Japan. And it’s another Universal that we
can ticket off our list. Tick. We now actually just have one more. We’ve got Beijing to go. Now we bought the tickets online
through Cluke. It was a little bit complicated. There’s lots of different tickets
that you need. We won’t go into too much detail. There’s better people out there
that can explain it to us. But we’re inside now. And this one is inside and covered
like the one in Singapore. Let’s go. Yeah, this is really, really awesome. Loving the indoor area. It’s really well themed as well. And it’s quite big as well, much
bigger than Singapore. It really reminds me of the Orlando Park where you’ve got the big
walkway to the end where you’ve actually got the real
city in the distance, which blends in with all of the theming. So the bridge is real and some of
the buildings are real. But then some of it isn’t as well,
so it looks really cool. I’m so excited. Like David said, the tickets are
a little bit tricky, especially the fast passes. We’ve went and booked a VIP pass because that was the best way
to see Mario World, which is something we haven’t
done before. And we’ve also got some type
of fast passes as well. Very strange. So do look into it if you’re
going to come. But really excited to explore and
take in a brand new park. I feel like I’ve been zipped into an
alternative universe, guys, because this really does resemble the
Orlando Park quite a lot. There’s some show going on
in the background. Hello, pussycat. Oh, hello. What’s it called, David? Hello, pussy? No. Hello, kitty. It’s not hello, kitty. I don’t think it is hello, kitty, but a lot of people are watching
it and really enjoying it, so it must be something big here
that I’m not aware of. We have lots of live entertainment. The theming is marvelous. And the park feels very,
very quiet today, which I’m very thrilled about. Let’s keep looking around, showing. Wow. I am so surprised at the
scale of this park. Now, like I said, we have done
Universal Singapore, which is very tiny, but this one’s huge. I just can’t get over how big it is, and I still find it surreal that
we can see outside. So we can see outside the park, like
the buildings and the bridge, but they’re kind of blending
as well with the theme. So far, really impressive. It seems like there’s a
lot to do in here. It is crammed full of rides. We’ve got a lot more than coming later, so we’re just having a nice walk around just to get our bearings this morning
and see where everything is. Well, when we were having our bearings
look dark, guys, we were also having a little
wander around. We found a cute little place. That sounds food. It’s snack time. Little minion balls of fun
stuffed with curry. So let’s have a little try, shall we? He looks so cute to eat, doesn’t he? How gorgeous is that? Let’s
have a little try. We’ve noticed that the food
is much more expensive than, say, Disneyland Tokyo. Not sure why, if that’s a
thing here or not, but the food in Disneyland
is very, very cheap. It’s very expensive in here. It’s
about double the price. So let’s have a little try, shall we? Curry and bread in bright yellow minion
form cannot be beaten. That is lush. Very, very gorgeous indeed. Tasty, a little bit spicy, nice and hot. Wow, beautiful. Oh. Mm, mm, mm. That is a treat. So in the despicable me minions
mayhem land, you’ve got the minion mayhem ride and some other little rides
for the kiddos. But this area is so fun. They’ve done a really good job of it. Comparing this to, like,
the Orlando parks where there’s not that much theme
in around minions, this has a full-on land. So cool. There’s lots to explore as well,
like little things you can go and, like, do and
things like that. It’s really cool. Now it’s starting to feel like
Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure rolled into one, which is really cool. So we just came into the Jurassic
Park area now. Really, really cool. The big roller coaster is out
of service today, Buhu. But they’ve got Jurassic Park to ride, which is like the water ride in Orlando
and other theme parks. But it’s really cool, guys. I’ve got to say I’m very, very
impressed indeed. The Japanese really know how
to do a good theme park and really strong theming as well. It feels like a lot of money’s been
put into this theme park. The level of detail, all of
the different areas and things to do and rides. Really, really loving it. Super impressed. Big thumbs up from me so far. Caught in the middle of a stampede. Literally. That’s amazing. I’ve not seen that at any other park. The dinosaurs are so cool. So, guys, the thing that we’ve
came all of this way for, 6,000 miles. Water world. Just kidding. That’s in Hollywood. We’ve been and seen that before, guys. Super Nintendo world. Well, we better start making our
way back to the VIP centre because our tour starts in
about 30 minutes. And we get 30 minutes of snacks and
drinks I think as well. Beforehand, I’m just a little bit worried because it’s all in Japanese. We put the Japanese tour because it’s
the only one that’s left. So we are going to struggle. We’ll have to get our Google Translate
out and just make do. I’m sure we’ll be fine. We know the basics of hello and
goodbye and thank you. What else do we need to know? Did you say we get 30 minutes of
unlimited snacks and drinks? Well, it said something about drinks. I don’t know about snacks. Well… Right. Got my bag ready. Let’s go. David, that’s a Disney bag. Put it away. Yes, but I’m going to fill it with all
the snacks and drinks, Ben. See? Smart thinking. Yorkshire thinking that. As we’re walking back to the
VIP section, guys, we’re walking through Amity off of Jaws. I am so excited. And they’ve got the Jaws ride, which
David has never been on before because the first time he went to Florida
to Universal there, it was closed. So we are going on that later on. We’ve
got a fast pass for it. But this is so cool. The
theming is insane. I am blown away by this park. I’m so surprised. I really, really am. Having just been to Universal in Orlando
just a few months ago, this is fantastic. My gosh, it’s in a different level. Right, we better move on, David. Then we’re back for the sharks. The great white sharks. I’m excited. We accidentally hit another
snack store, guys. Do you know where that show was
going on earlier on? I think she’s called My Melody Kurami. We’ve got a churrito. A churrito? No, we don’t have a churrito.
We’ve got a… I forgot what they’re called. Churrito? No. Chur… They are churritos. Churros. Churro. Oh, churrito. Chur… Churrito. That definitely says churrito. Churros? But yeah, it feels like a
baseball bat, guys. I could take somebody out with
this. It’s so heavy. Let’s have a little try, shall we? Mm-mm. Mm-mm. Not a lemon. Very decadent. Very sweet. Strawberry cream. For the win. That’s delicious. David, it’s so good. Whatever it is. Churrito, churrito. Churrito. Sorry, every time we film, people
keep taking pictures of us. There’s like a group of girls just
stood all right there and started photographing me for
some unknown reason. Oh, David, you’re so famous. Maybe I’m big in Japan and
I didn’t even know. Maybe I am the next… Whatever her name is. My Melody. Okay. Smells very strawberry-like. It’s really good. It tastes like a strawberry milkshake,
like a yazoo, that we get in England. There’s nothing to get them in America. And the churros are actually
really crispy. I don’t hate that. That’s
quite good indeed. Which makes a good churrito. Guys, I’ve never seen Jaws. I’m terrible for movies. If you’ve watched our channel
for a long time, you’ll know some of the biggest films
in the world I’ve never seen. Shame. Shame. Shame. Shame, shame. Oh, well. Anyway, what, 20 years after
it closed in Orlando, I’ve finally written Jaws. I actually really enjoyed it. It
was a really fun ride. The person on the boat, you couldn’t
film by the way, the person on the boat, very expressive. Didn’t have a clue what they were saying. But I got the gist. It was a big shark. It attacked us. The shark blew up. It was fun. So we have checked into our tour and we’ve arrived 30 minutes early so
that we can use the lounge. Like Ben said, it’s just drinks in here. You get to chill out in here before
your tour starts. And guys, we’ve got goodies. So we’ve got two polishes so we
can go on the water ride. We’ve got lanyards. We’ve got three fast passes each. We also got 10% discount on all the
restaurants in the park. And then we’ve got a little Universal
VIP experience lanyard thing. We have Super Mario World on
it. How cool is that? But one thing I noticed and I’ve
only just twigged is, on the Universal logo, the ball
is the other way around. So it’s showing the side of
Japan and Australia. How cool is that? You can see that on the entrance
when we came in. That’s so cool. So we also get a full three-hour tour and that includes going to
Super Nintendo World and going on all the rides
in there as well, which is the real reason that
we booked this, because it was super hard to get
into Super Nintendo World. So we’ve kind of done it
this way instead. Guys, so this is it. Super Nintendo World. The part I’ve been waiting for, for ages. We haven’t visited this area in
any park around the world. So I am so excited. Let’s go in and see what it’s
all about, shall we? Oh my gosh, guys. This is absolutely incredible. Now I’ve seen Super Nintendo World
in a few different parks on YouTube only and never seen
it in real life. And this is absolutely spectacular. The theming is legit insane. Oh my gosh, it’s so bright and colorful. It’s literally like I’ve walked
into a video game. It is crazy, the music as well. So all I can hear is all of the different
Mario theme tunes, which are obviously from my youth
and, oh, it’s so great. This is so cool, all of the
little details, the coins, the moving object. It’s insane. Now it’s incredibly, incredibly busy. The line to get in, and you do have
to have a reservation just to get into these parts
of the parks. Harry Potter World and Super
Nintendo World. You have to bid for an entry or you can buy it as part of one of
the packages like we did. But it is quite difficult
to get into, guys. It is very, very, very, very busy. I am super excited to explore. And most importantly, go on the rides. Let’s do this. This is awesome. Oh my gosh, I’ve got so many flashbacks. Well, emotional, but the nostalgia
has really kicked in. I think it’s the music that’s
doing it the most for me because that music is engraved
in my brain because I remember it from when
I was a kid playing Mario. You can’t help but just have
a smile on your face when you see it and you hear
it all together. It’s so cool, and it’s so
kinetic as well. There’s stuff moving all the time, all the little coins and everything. Wow, wow, wow, wow. So we’ve just done both of the
rides back to back. We started off with the Mario Kart ride. Guys, I have to say that was very
underwhelming indeed. It wasn’t very good, and I think
that they had a chance to make a really excellent ride, something maybe like Test Track
from Walt Disney World. Something super fast and fun. It was a bit weird. You kind
of put a hat on and the sort of VR graphics, but
it’s all very blurry. The car doesn’t really do anything, so it’s a bit of a fail, in my opinion. Very slow indeed. Then we went on the kids ride,
which is the Yoshi ride. It’s really cute, very, very short. It’s for kids, but I have to say, the two rides here in the actual
Mario Land Park, they’re very good. It’s a little
bit disappointing. So hopefully the rides in Donkey Kong will be a little bit better, but yeah, that’s a little bit disappointing really, especially because this is brand new, and especially because the
theming outside is so wonderfully done. It is absolutely beautiful out here. So much detail, so much love that’s
got into the design. I just think the two rides
are a matter of fail. No chance in hell that that would queue two hours each of those rides. That’s insane. I’m glad we did the VIP pass
because otherwise, that would have been a long
disappointing wait. But for us, it was nice and quick. Oh, so we came into some of
the shops now, guys. There’s lots and lots of shops, especially around Nintendo World. Wow, the merch here is next level. There is so much stuff. It’s
not even funny. And again, the theming inside
is excellent. So much to pick from. Teddy bears, plush toys, t-shirts, merch, food, bits and bobs, lots. You could spend a lot of money here with absolutely no problem. So bear that in mind when you
take your kids in here because there’s a lot of
really cool stuff. Wow, so we came into the
Donkey Kong area, which is the brand new area here
in Super Mario World. And wow, the theming again is
absolutely fantastic. It is, however, like the rest
of Super Nintendo World. So, so busy, guys. It is
absolutely rammed. We’ve just been on the minecart
madness ride, a three-hour line. We got taken through the exit, so went
straight into it very, very fast. That ride is very, very good indeed. A lot of fun. A little bit
on the short side. Very, very fun. It’s quite fast actually, and you bendy and you get thrown all over the place, and the track style is amazing. It makes you think you’re going to
be doing something else, but it’s so, so much fun. Wow, really good. Just incredibly busy. So we’ve came out of Super
Nintendo World. Really enjoyed that Donkey Kong ride. That is definitely the best ride there. Overall, it’s just a little
bit overwhelming because it is so cramped in
there at the moment. Obviously, that’ll die down. The more the rides are open
and stuff like that. So I really enjoyed it, but I would like
to see it on a less busy day. And we’ve got more of the
park to explore now. Plus, I need a little snack or something because I am flagging, because
that was a lot. Ah, just walking through the
streets of America. Before we go get food, we think
we found a sandwich place. I have to say the food’s a little bit
more limited than it was at Disney. We’re struggling to find something
which we can both eat, like vegetarian and non-meat. We went on the Hollywood Dream Coaster. Oh my God, it was fantastic. It’s like a really good version of the
Rip Ride Rocket Roller Coaster at Universal in Orlando. Absolutely fantastic. One of the best coasters I
think I’ve been on. So much airtime, a lot of fun. Highly, highly recommend that. We used one of our fast passes as well,
so that was super quick. Anyway, starving. Let’s go get some food. Honestly, I could eat anything right now. It could be a chocolate covered poop, and
I’d find that delicious because I am. Oh, Jesus. Famished. I went for the
chicken sandwich. Very limited on selection of what there is
here, so we fancy some quick and simple. $34 for tea sandwiches and tea
desserts and drinks. It’s not too bad. I went for the egg and pastrami sandwich. Oh my gosh, guys, it looks delicious. Very tasty indeed. Oh, it’s dripping. She’s losing in contents.
Let’s have a try. That’s really wonderful. Very, very good. And for $34 for this whole lot,
absolutely delicious. I also got some melon soda. Let’s have a try. Positively luminous soda. Super refreshing, super sugary. That should get me going again.
Very good indeed. Oh, David, you’re chucking in already.
You can’t help yourself. I know. We’re in a rush, guys, and I was like,
oh, that bunny needs cutting into. We’ve got Easter desserts, even though
Easter was like two months ago. Fun fact, it was on my birthday
this year. I got a yellow Easter bunny. Ben’s
got a pink Easter bunny. It’s got like a biscuity centre,
and it’s like a mousse with some strawberries and
bits and bats on top. I think short is lemon flavour. Doesn’t really have a flavour,
to be honest. Can just taste creamy. It’s nice. It’s not gelatiney at all. It definitely tastes like chocolate, but
it’s a very subtle lemon flavour. Could do with more lemon-iness. Oh, mine’s got bunny ears. I think mine’s strawberry and peach flavour
with some jelly in the middle. Let’s go have a try. Oh, it’s got cake at the bottom. That’s lovely. Very, very light. I thought it was going to be super
gelatinous, but it’s not at all, even though it’s got jelly
in it, or jello. That is very good. Lovely flavours, guys. Very, very beautiful. Very fresh and light, like I said,
and that cake at the bottom. Lovely. Really good meal. Very good. Very happy with that. Well, welcome to Hogsmeade and Hogsworts. Guys, it’s very strange. It’s like being in Florida or
California, but not. It’s like the same, but slightly
different. Like, it’s missing a few rides. It’s got a few of the same rides. The layout’s a little bit different. It looks a little bit bigger. Very strange indeed, but very cool
to be here in Japan anyway. That’s three we’ve done now. Three different Hogsworts castles. When will we do the fourth? Anyway, we’re going to go ride a few
rides and use our fast passes, so let’s do this. So, we’ve rode the rides here in
the Harry Potter area. Forbidden Journey. I feel like it was slightly different. I feel like the practical effects
were much better. The screens weren’t as good
though, and the little kiddie ride’s just a
little kiddie ride. But we’re running out of
time now, so we’re going to try and do as many
rides as we can before we need to head back to the port. So, we just did our last ride. It’s called Space Fantasy the Ride. That was fan-blummin’! Fantastic, guys. It was Guardians of the
Galaxy meets Space Mountain meets Crusher’s
Coaster in Paris. It was Bonkers, and I am here for it. It was a lot of fun. Now we’ve got to head back now. Unfortunately, the bad thing
about cruising and the one negative that
we always think, you don’t get long enough in some places,
so it’s time to go home. Our thoughts on Universal Japan? Really, really good. Really surprised, guys. I didn’t realise it was going to be so
big and there was so much to do. I have had such a fun day. It’s a really fun park, and I really
want to come back one day. I’ve really had a lovely day. The only downside was the Mario rides,
but everything else has been great. So, time to head back to the port, and
we’ll see you back on board. So, we are back on the ship. Again, we jumped in a taxi. We saved about two hours today not
getting taxis and getting trains. Probably the train was probably a lot cheaper, but we just didn’t
have the time for it. We had to get there because
it was quite far away. And, oh, we have snacks, Ben. We do. I love it. Every time we come in on an evening,
there’s always a snack. And we’ve not had this before on the
sweet levels on Norwegian. Usually, you just get some random snacks
once throughout your cruise, but every single day there’s been a little
snackage when we get into the room. I love it. Yeah, it’s been really good. We have to say the crew have been fantastic,
especially our butler. Yes, look at us fancy pants,
guys, having a butler. We’ve got some strawberries here, and the concierge
person’s really lovely as well. They’ve been very, very good
and very proactive. It’s something we haven’t seen in other
cruises when we stayed in sweets. But they’ve been really, really lovely
on this cruise ship. But I’m going to have a bit of
a chocolate strawberry. I’m going to have my Cleopatra moment. Is it grapes with Cleopatra, though? Same difference. Mmm. Oh, my God. This fruit is so good. That is delicious. What a treat. Anyway, let’s go outside and talk about
how much this thing costs, right? Oh, this is so nice out here. We’re in the port of Kobe,
which is gorgeous. It reminds me of Hawaii a little bit with
all of the mountains in the background. It’s very beautiful indeed. Anyway, we snagged a bargain, and this is the second time we’ve snagged
a sweet bargain on Norwegian Cruise Line. You might remember a year or two ago, we
sailed on the Norwegian something, the Norwegian something where we had
the three-bedroom garden villa, which was so cheap. Well, we did it again, guys. And again, it’s another unusual type
cruise, so not a Caribbean cruise or a European cruise. It’s a cruise around Japan. Now, we paid around $6,000, so just
over 4,500 British pounds. That’s for both of us. So that’s the total cost. This amazing cabin, it’s
not even a cabin. It’s a suite. It has multiple different rooms, a full-on
living room, as you’ve seen. The bathroom, which is absolutely
gorgeous. I’m going to take a bath in a little
while with that sunset view. It’s going to be amazing. So we originally started looking
at a balcony cabin, and it costs about $1,000 each
less for the balcony. So we thought for a 10-night cruise, it’s
definitely worth the upgrade. So we’re paying around $600 per night
for two of us for 10 nights. That is crazy. A suite usually costs around $1,000
per night per room. So we’re getting a bit of a
bargain there, guys. And like we said, it’s a second time. Now, we booked last minute, and
this is a quiet cruise. So this is why it’s cheaper. So you’ve just got to keep your eyes
out for those unusual cruises where you can get bargains
like this, which cost the same price of a normal
balcony, really. It’s fabulous. I am so pleased with it. It’s a real amazing cabin, one of the
best we’ve ever stayed in, in fact. And along with the service that we’ve been
having, it’s been really spectacular. We already love this ship,
the Norwegian Spirit, because it had such an amazing makeover a
few years ago, and it looks incredible. $100 million went into the ship. And you can really tell we’ve got a real
modern-looking, lovely-feeling cabin, and I just love it. And it’s made me very happy that we
got to do it for a bargain. We’re super lucky we get to do this. We never forget that. And it’s all down to you, guys. Let’s go back in and enjoy
the cabin, shall we? It’s such a lovely place to be. It’s so lovely, isn’t it, David? We do feel like we’re being treated
like a couple of queens. Yeah, it’s really lovely. It’s just so comfortable and relaxing,
the whole experience. We’ve been very busy in ports
during the day, which is the big reason we
chose this itinerary, because we are in a port
every single day. And it’s so nice to get back to a
little bit of safe haven. Great way to see Japan. We love the food, but it’s still nice
to have your home comforts, like your own bed every night, and not travelling from place to
place to place to place, and have to pack and unpack, and it’s
just really nice to know. You can come back to all your
stuff in one place, the place that you left it. I’m just editing some pictures
and videos, guys. I’m editing videos. I didn’t say pictures. Ben does all stuff like that. I’m editing those Patreon videos
that Ben mentioned. But every night, it’s been so nice, because we’ve just had that door open, I bit myself a nice cup of tea, and we’ve just sat here and worked
and had the door open until it gets too chilly and we close it. Really love this cabinet. It’s just so relaxing. So yeah, also in that price,
which we stated, the $6,000 for both of us included the
More at Sea package as well. So this is worth a lot of money as well. So we get the premium drinks package. We get four different specialty meals, a little bit of Wi-Fi credit and a little
bit of shore excursion credit. But we get the drinks package,
which is fantastic. Now, one bad thing, well, not bad thing. Basically, you can’t use your drinks
package from room service or for your butler to get anything. So that’s a bit of a shame, guys. But you can use it in any of the bars. And because we’re super close to a
lot of bars here on Deck 9, we can just walk through the secret exit, which is just out there and go upstairs. And we’ve got the bar outside
by the pool, which is really fantastic. So what’s included when you book a suite
with Norwegian Cruise Line? Well, we got priority boarding, which
was really fantastic. So basically in Tokyo, we got whisked
through the port, which was really fantastic. Super quick, super easy, really,
really quick and easy. And we got brought on board immediately
by one of the butlers. And we got to have lunch in Cagney’s,
which is really fantastic. We get lunch in Cagney’s every single
day, as well as breakfast as well. So that’s a benefit here on
the non-Haven ships. If you’re on a ship with the Haven
and you’re in a Haven suite, you obviously get the Haven amenities. But if you’re on a ship with the Haven
and you’re here, we don’t. Another thing like you saw today, we get escorted on and off the
ship by our butler, which is really fantastic in the mornings,
which is really lovely. So if there is a long line or say
you’ve got a tender port, we get on and off very easily
and very quickly. The butler basically is at your beck and
call any time of the day and night, which is really good. We feel really guilty about using him because
we are very British indeed, guys. But he will do anything. We can get food from any single
restaurant on board, we can ask for snacks for anything,
which is really, really good. And he will go out of his way to do that. He’s very good and very quick. We’ve been so impressed with
the crew, like we said. That’s the benefit of being on
a smaller ship as well. We found that we just get treat so much
better staying in a suite. We’re not just one of the numbers out of
a lot of people in the sweeter area. This is one reason we really do love the
Norwegian Spirit cruise ship, because she is so small with just 2,000
people, which is really fantastic. We get things like these snacks
every single day, a bottle of sparkling wine when
we get on board as well. We were also given another bottle of
wine the other day as well, which was very nice indeed,
a bottle of wine. So treat yourself, guys. So it’s really, really nice. We also get our private area
in the theatre as well. So it’s an area which is just cordoned
off for suite guests, which is really nice as well. That’s a nice benefit. So we don’t have to rush and make
sure we get a seat. We can just walk in any time we want. This isn’t a negative. It’s just FYI, if you are looking
at booking this cabin. She’s an older ship. It’s an aft cabin.
It does get quite vibratory. Or when you’re coming in and
going out of ports, you also hear a lot of the deck chairs above
being pulled in and out and stuff, because we are right under that sun deck. We knew that because we already
looked at the deck plan. We just accepted that that’s what
it was going to be like. It’s not a huge deal for us. But if you do book these aft
cabins, do beware, because you get a fair bit of movement. And I did feel rather seasick last night
because the movement was quite bad and I didn’t prepare for it. I didn’t take bone iron or
anything like that. Right. I am going to run my bath. I am super excited. Now, we probably should have
bought some bath stuff. So what I’m going to do is
go in the shower, which we need to see, by the way, if it’s actually seared through
on an evening, because I have a feeling those mirrored
windows are not going to work. Right. Let me just get some shower gel. Bear with. What are you doing? Lots of shower gel. I’m putting it into some bubbly bath. I want it to be a bubble bath. Look at this view as well, guys. It’s getting all sunsetty now. I’m just going to go get more because
I want it to be extra bubbly. Oh, I can smell that from here. Oh, it’s gorgeous. The loxetan is very magnifique,
if I say so myself. Right. That feels nice and hot. I think that’s going to take about
three years to fill up because that is a very big bath indeed. Anyway, David, do you want to tell them
about our other excursions? While Ben’s running his bath, let’s take a look at two
of the other ports that we’ve already visited
on this cruise. Well, a hoy from a very damp but
still delightful Nagoya. Yes, it was raining. Yes, my hair gave up before
we even left the ship. David’s gave up a long time ago. But thanks to the Shore Excursions Group and our local incredible guide, this soggy day turned out to be one of the
most fascinating stops on our cruise. Nagoya is known for its manufacturing
and science. So this tour was a mix of history,
tech and, surprisingly, pork. But we’ll get to that a little bit later. First stop, Nagoya Castle. Even in the rain, it was absolutely
stunning. Lush screen gardens, towering stone walls and a proper dose of samurai history. We learned all about the castle and
how it was originally built. Destroyed, rebuilt, destroyed, rebuilt. It’s been through a lot. Basically, the Japanese version
of “she’s had work done, but it still looks fabulous.” Our guide was brilliant and somehow managed
to keep us dry most of the day by tweaking the tour on the fly. We dodged the worst of the rain and still
got to see all of the good stuff. We honestly felt a bit smug, watching other tour groups
get absolutely soaked while we strolled around undercover. For lunch, we tucked into
a local favourite, miso tonkatsu. Think crispy fried pork covered
in rich dark miso sauce. It was like a warm hug in food form. It was absolutely delicious and by far the best thing that I’ve
ate on this cruise so far. David had a tofu dish. Now, I usually hate tofu, but I tried it and it was really good. Then it was off to learn about Toyota. Yes, that Toyota, the one
who make the cars. Nagoya is actually their hometown and we got a great insight into how
this region helped Japan become an industrial powerhouse. It was fantastic watching all of
the history of the cars and who knew that Toyota actually
started with textiles and making things like cotton
and other materials. We had no idea. Despite the weather, Nagoya
totally surprised us. We visited the stunning port of Shimizu, the kind of place that feels like
Japan’s best kept secret, quiet, calm and absolutely breathtaking. We booked our tour through shore
excursions group and it was smooth sailing from the start. As soon as we stepped off the ship, our lovely local guide texted us to say that she was already
waiting outside. No chaos, no guessing and definitely no scrambling
to find the right bus. Within minutes, we were off
on our adventure. First stop, the Nihon deria Ropwe. It’s a scenic cable car that glides
right over a forested valley and honestly, apart from being terrified
from the heights, it felt like something straight out
of a Studio Ghibli film. At the top, we visited a beautiful shrine dating all the way back to 1617. The setting was so peaceful, tall trees,
ancient stone lanterns and not a single noisy tour
group in sight. And then we got to see Mount Fuji. She made her appearance. She played it a bit hard to get behind
the clouds at first, but when she showed up, wow, just
one of those moments where you’ve got to stop and stare. Cameras were definitely working overtime and we just kept saying it looked like
a painting in the distance. She just didn’t look real.
It was so beautiful. What really made the day special though
was how relaxed everything felt. Because it was a small tour group,
we didn’t feel rushed or herded around like a school trip. We had time to actually take it all in,
to breathe, enjoy and just be present. Later, we visited an old pine
grove and a quiet beach with even more postcard worthy
views of Fuji. The beach was black sand from the
lava and it was beautiful. But then it came the most important
bit, well for David anyway, because we went to a local fish market where he bravely sampled some
of the mystery seafood. Still unclear what it was,
but he survived. Meanwhile, I played it a little
bit more safe with some delicious creamy
matcha ice cream, which might have actually been the
highlight of the whole day. Shimizu completely won us over. It was the perfect escape,
peaceful, authentic and a reminder of just how
magical Japan can be when you step away from those big cities. Honestly, we’re having the
best time in Japan. It’s such an amazing country. So we booked those tours, like we said,
through the Shore Excursions Group. We really recommend them, guys. They are just very, very good indeed. Every tour that we’ve taken with them over
the past few years has been fantastic. Excellent quality, really good guides and often at almost half the price
of the Shore Excursions you’re going to find on board the ships,
which is so good, right? So you can save yourself a small fortune
and we really trust them and they guarantee to get you back
to the ship in time. If not, they’ll get you to the next port,
give you compensation and more. So you can check out about booking your Shore Excursion with the Shore
Excursion Group in the description section below. Oh, isn’t that my bath ready? Get those rubber
ducks out, guys. We’re jumping in. Well, hello, everybody and welcome
to the bath with Ben. Oh, it should be a new segment,
shouldn’t it, David? Look at this, isn’t it amazing?
How lucky am I? Sunset in beautiful Kobe, Japan. I’ve sat here with far too many bubbles. I think I overdid it a little bit with the
lovely drink that my husband’s made. How nice is this? Feeling very decadent, guys.
This is just so lovely. It is one of the benefits of this cabin
for sure because I love my baths and I think this is just absolutely lovely,
just being able to chill out after a long day, a really lovely
day when my feet are aching because we’ve done lots of walking
and I can just chill out now and relax in this incredible bath. I feel very decadent and very lovely. And look at this as well, guys. Come on, you get posh glass in the sweat. Look at this. Bar too decadent for me. Ben, do we get glass in every cabin? Oh, is that aeroplane? Yeah, you’re thinking of aeroplanes. Oh, well, that’s not so special then. I’m just going to chill out now,
guys, and soak it up. Watch the sunset and chill out. What an absolutely stunning sailaway. I really love being at the aft of the ship
because sailaways are so pretty. This is just such a gorgeous
city at night as well. It’s very colourful. It’s all
twinkling lights. Had my shower, got my jammies on. We were going to go out for dinner
tonight, but we thought, we’re tired, we’re busy, we’re going
to order room service. Make the most of the cabin instead. But wow, everyone’s waving as well. Everyone loves to wave here. I love it. I love sunset on cruises. You can even see they’ve got some little
lights on the hills over there that say the word Kobe and there’s a little
anchor and some other symbol, but this is beautiful. I really do agree, David. I think the back of the ship
is the place to be. It’s really nice. I also had a shower after my bath. Guys, now that we’re outside, as David
will show you right now, you can clearly see everything in
that shower from the land. So I probably just gave half of Japan
a peep show with my big fat ass in that window like Amsterdam’s
red light district. It is as clear as day that
you can see in there. So that’s a bit awkward because there
are absolutely no blinds in the little shower room. There are in the bathroom area, but
not in the shower room. So having a shower on an evening
might be a problem whilst you’re in port. Oh, well. No wonder they were waving it as Ben. Yeah, they were probably like, “Stop,
stop. We don’t need to see that.” Here we go, guys. It came. I’m excited to you. So excited. Avengers has just started
on TV, so it’s perfect timing. Oh, chicken. That chicken
looks good, David. It looks good. I went for
the roast chicken. It’s like a whole half a chicken. Treat yourself. I’ve got some mashed potatoes
on the side. How is it? Oh, they’re really nice, actually.
They’re really well seasoned. Nice and creamy. Chicken is cooked very lovely. Grave is delicious. Nice and hot
as well. Really good. Fabulous. Yeah, this is lovely. It’s nice
having a proper table. We were just seeing really,
really lovely. For starters, I went for a Caesar salad,
and it’s very good indeed. And then I’ve went for the turkey sub
sandwich, and it’s still warm. Shall I have a little taste of it? Oh, the French fries there as well. Oh, the juice from the tomatoes
is everywhere. They’ve got tomato explosion. Mmm. That bread is delicious.
Oh, my gosh. Delicious turkey, cheese, lots of
crunchy vegetables in there. Delicious French fries are still hot as
well, which is very impressive. We’ve got a vegetable pizza, and that
looks really good, David. How is it? Not as good as Onda, which is the
Italian restaurant on board. We had that the first night. But it’s pretty good room service pizza. It looks like take-away pizza. And for dessert, I had to get the
seven-layer chocolate cake. So let’s have a little try
of that, shall we? Oh, very good indeed. Seven layers
of heavenly heaven. Who doesn’t like seven layers
of chocolate filled with cream in the
middle of the bits? Very good indeed. I’m going to chill out now for
a little while, sit on the sofa, watch the rest of the
movie, and take it all in. I do like these little cozy
nights in, guys. We don’t do it very often,
have room service. But because we’ve got the suite, we had
to, because it’s very lovely indeed. Overall, really good, solid room service. Everything came hot and delicious. Enjoying it a lot. Oh, I’m way too much, guys. I’m really sorry. But that’s the end of this
week’s episode. Next week, we’re going to
be talking about giving Norwegian Cruise Line

Hi😊
Wonderful room tour!
You guys are funny. I love your videos. ❤
Ben, that jacket you wore at Universal, was great. It suited you.
The sink description was CHEF’S KISS! Perfection.❤❤❤Great video, Friends!
Japan is on my bucket list
That's actually a good deal on the cabin. I'm going on my first cruise in Aug, to Alaska. Ours is 11 days and it's about the same price as we paid on Princess.
Just booked my first ever cruise and it's to Alaska later this summer.
We are going on this ship in August in a similar cabin on floor 10 at the front, looks like you have an aft cabin? What was your cabin number?
And I have already bought a shower curtain for the shower window with suction cups just in case…….. being in port everyday.
We tried getting the VIP pass and was impossible to get via Osaka Universal site for normal price, other sites had them for 3 or 4 times the price so we didn't bother when we were there Sep 2024.
We absolutely loved Japan and highly recommend it to everyone.
And for tipping for example what would/did you tip for this cruise to the butler, we have already included gratuities included in our fare, but unsure how much to tip on top of that?
That was so fun to watch, guys! You’re the best tour guides! Can’t wait to book our Japan cruise. 🚢
Oh my what a snazzy suite. I would not have wanted to leave. You guys do such a great job on your videos and content. Enjoyed this so much. Japan looks like such an amazing place. Universal looked great. Food looked yummy. Love your new Logo. You both are so beautiful ❤
Curious – how much do you tip your butler for this cruise? What's a good rule of thumb?
I love the NCL Spirit and I live the suite experience on the smaller NCL ships
wow, what a great price.
Love your reviews!! Keep on travelling! I especially like your food reviews and your shore excursions reviews.
I see the bots have entered the chat🤔. Top video guys.🇦🇺🦘👍❤️
Thanks!
Love your vidios watch them all😂
I've seen you have done a river cruise, but wonder if you have ever done a Nile cruise. ❤
Great weight loss, congratulations
I'd take a cozy bedroom and a huge bathroom with big tube every time ❤
thank you for an amazing video! You guys are so funny!!!!
This itinerary was so fun to watch! I watch all your videos but I think I liked it because it was a new area to explore and it looked like you were enjoying it so much. I love your honesty don't ever change it. Most people report everything is peachy, I want reality. And don't ever stop with your jokes, we need a little silliness. Love you ben and david ❤
How many people thought that David was going to pop up in the other side of the bath??? Too funny you two! That departing scene of the red bridge against the blue night sky with lights, got me thinking. Have you ever considered selling photos of places around the globe to download and print yourself as wall art for your home? Or even better making a book of photos from your travels with small commentary about some of the locales? I predict it could be a big seller!
I absolutely LOVE Norwegian! We get to sail on the new Aqua for 7 days in December and I am soooo excited!
We booked in December during NCL's massive sale and it cost £1950 for a midship inside with the more at sea package. Honestly dont think that is even matchable trying to do Japan on land!
This itinerary does appear to change a lot between sailings, as ours will have an overnight at Kobe, so that means Universal on day one with no rush back, then thinking Himeji on day two but so glad for that overnight!
That shower is ridiculous.
David maybe they think you're the singer Moby lol
Imagine getting food that's actually hot with room service on a cruise ship! Now that's something to be pleased about! ❤️
A great tub. More more does one need?!
Especially enjoyed your adventures off ship❤🎉
Thank you for the laugh of the bathroom
