Did I miss my flight for this ice cream spot in Japan?

Would you miss a flight for soft serve? 🍦

We almost did – and I’m glad we took the risk. I planned my Japan trip around Hokkaido milk soft serve, and this is supposed to be the best spot in Sapporo for it.

The ice cream itself is super creamy and has the classic Hokkaido milk vanilla hint to it. If you’re unfamiliar with Hokkaido milk, its a must try in Japan. Hokkaido is known to have the best milk and dairy products in Japan, and maybe even the world. The Japanese are super proud of it!

We struggled a lot to find this place as it’s on the 6th floor of a random building. Their specialty is all-you-can-eat Hokkaido milk soft serve paired with liquor shots. 🤯

It’s not your typical café, and definitely not something we had time for… but I’m glad we went for it!

This might just be the best soft serve in Japan 🇯🇵
