Join us on a peaceful 3-day, 3-night journey. From hot springs and fall colors… To lakes and volcanic valleys. First stop: Jozankei Onsen, just an hour from Sapporo. A hot spring town surrounded by autumn beauty. Golden forests, misty rivers, and relaxing baths. The first night we stayed at Jozankei View Hotel. Japanese-style room, large indoor and outdoor onsen, with great buffet meals. At night, visit JOZANKEI NATURE LUMINARIE. A dreamy light show at Futami Park. Sapporo Lake is another great autumn spot. Quiet walks, calm water, and vivid foliage. Next, we visited Noboribetsu Onsen. Famous for its volcanic landscape. This is Jigokudani – Hell Valley. Steaming vents and sulfur clouds in autumn colors. The second night we stayed at Hotel Mahoroba. Japanese-style room, great location, buffet meals, and spacious onsen. Jigokudani scenery at night is so mystical. Noboribetsu Marine Park Nixe is a fun place for everyone. European-style buildings, lots of friendly sea animals, and shows. Then, we explored Lake Toya. A serene caldera lake surrounded by fall colors. We also hiked the Nishiyama Crater Trail. A peaceful walk through volcano history. We rode the Usuzan Ropeway up Mount Usu. Panoramic views of Lake Toya and Showa Shinzan. Last night we stayed at Toya Kohantei Hotel, we had lake-view rooms. Another great buffet meal and a relaxing onsen experience. From April to October, enjoy Lake Toyako Fireworks. Nightly fireworks lighting up the water. A boat ride on Lake Toya is a must. Relax, take in the colors, and enjoy the view. One of Hokkaido’s most iconic onsen towns, famous for its volcanic landscape. Jigokudani (Hell Valley) is a dramatic crater with steaming sulfur vents—breathtaking when framed by autumn colors.
We stayed at Hotel Mahoroba, also among the largest in the area, with fantastic indoor and outdoor onsen and buffet meals.

🌊 Oyunuma Pond (Noboribetsu)
