Japan trip ! Chapter 4 : Okayama
They were already half an hour before us. We left Kyoto around 11:00 a.m. on the Shingansen. This is our train. Arriving in Okyama by noon. you right soon. So this is shine. [Music] [Music] [Music] I don’t know what it is, but Oh, yeah. That’s better on this [Music] side. Our hotel, Abz Grande, even had a self-playing piano in the lobby. Another hotel I will remember for the TV adome. Super cozy. That’s cool. Okyama is a stopover city. The relaxed vibe surprised us with people picnicking, smoking, and drinking beers on the streets. Unlike stricter places in Japan, [Music] such a sketchy place. I mean, at least it seems seems like it. Uh why not going to I saw I saw another Chinese place. It’s very warm, which I like. Nice. [Music] So today is the sunny day and what will we do today? While OK isn’t too exciting, it’s great for exploring nearby areas. to start. We took a day trip to the Kibi region, rented bikes, and rode 22 km through the scenic countryside. The weather was perfect, and the views were stunning. [Applause] [Music] This one’s [Music] We decided to make a little stop at Melson to grab some lunch some. Wow, look at this. But this is so nice. I can’t share with you the smell of this area, but it smells like cherry candies. I don’t know. It’s incredible with the wind. Look, we’re just in front of the temple and we’re going to have a super nice picnic. He’s hungry. I am. We bought a lot of stuff. Go. No. Go on the bike and ride away into the sunset. So, we’re going to try this little corn to the table, including happy pudding and peach juice. to take a picture. The region is famous for peaches, though it wasn’t the season during our visit. [Music] So today, where do we go? Mate, castle. Castle. We also visited Himei to see its famous castle. The same as the one we see but on the other side. [Music] [Music] for the plastic. [Music] You want the dog? No. [Music] Okay. And here we are very close to the image but very crowded as I expected. So in every cities the cherry blossom celebration is on the 4th 29th to 7th. What? Oh yeah 29th. So it’s also today. Oh nice. So yeah there is a celebration. I think it’s tonight. Yeah. Arriving late morning we decided to wait for the evening Sakura event. You saw them. We spent the day exploring him. eating at local restaurants, shopping, and planning our next destinations at Starbucks. Are you proud of you? I’m proud. I’m very proud. The special evening lights at the castle were stunning and worth the wait despite not being able to tour the inside in the end. [Music] Goodbye. So now I have two little friends, the Eve Castle and the little Shiva. And they’re so happy together. And they’re happy. Yeah. And we came back to the Berie [Music] Grand 6 track 22.
