  1. It's such a beautiful destination, but the infrastructure sadly isn't up to dealing with the sheer number of guests visiting by cruise. We took the ferry to Oia instead when we went the second time to avoid the whole cable car system

  2. Thank you for this informative video! Question: Did you purchase anything in Santorini? If so, did you use credit cards or did you exchange currency?

  3. We are going on RCL in July. Decided to do a ships tour rather than battle the cable car line in 40c plus heat. Not the way we like to travel. I dont know why the island and cruise line dont use the old port and run shuttle buses to Oia than the known issue of the cable car. Very poor planning by both sides. But probably more enforced by the Greek island.

  4. "three blue domed roofs" "the orthodox church"? come on, you can research the actual local names, guys

  5. I’m not sure if you’re aware , if you are booking through the cruise ship to take you by water taxi & bus around the island , there’s still a big hill to head up before a coach picks everyone up.
I’ve booked Patricia weg who has a water taxi then a private bus at the bottom of the hill to go around the island
