That bed is way too small for two adults. Probably would have been worth the money to upgrade to a bigger bed if that is an option.
Congrats on the 100k plaque! Wow, Minamisenju, not the most convenient location to be in Tokyo for a first timer and that "Japan is in the 2050's" might feel a bit underwhelming especially after being in any other modernized Asian country. I hope you guys had a great time. At least Google Map works well there, and public transportation detailed info is quite good on Google Map, for a lot of it, down to the minute and it's quite reliable.

lol your travel is just like my hubby and me. He too gets in a flap when he’s travelling and he gets it directionally wrong or not understands where to go. Lol it happened in krakow last week 😅😂 I’m all for Japan and done my homework (going next year) and he is going with the flow. We would also get on the wrong train too lol. Will get money before hand and one of those suica cards at the airport/ station I think as I’ve heard you can also use them on some vending machines as well as the trains

How come you needed to take a 11 hour train ride from Guangzhou to Beijing then to Tokyo? Wouldn’t it be closer to fly to Tokyo from Guangzhou? Just curious😅
China has integrated all public transportation systems with mobile apps, but Japan has many systems and very complicated machines for making change.
You know, Japan is a developed country, and China is just a developing country, so you can definitely find a lot of advanced fun that China doesn't have.
What a pity 😢
