Went for the homemade soba, wowed by the maitake mushroom tempura!🤩

The crispy leaf-like lobes of this ‘dancing mushroom’ made it extra delish compared to its shiitake counterpart. Even better paired with soba & local Nagano #sake.👌🏼😋
