High speed train trip gone wrong

Todays Chengdu to Xian Bullet Train did not go to plan. High Speed trains in China are the easiest way to get around so you’ll catch them often. This vlog explains what to do if you miss your train in China…

We missed it. All worked out though as our tickets were replaced (although downgraded) and we made it to Xi’an no problem. China is a busy country so wait time to collect your tickets might be longer than expected. Our advice would be to arrive at the railway station with plenty of time to spare. Just in case 😂😂😂

If you miss your high speed train in China, you can swap and exchange your ticket at the ticket counter. Depending on the availability of the train, you might need to upgrade or downgrade your ticket if you want to travel on the same day.
