  1. Shame the first one is not designed for taller crowds. Really love the design and loft features but can't live somewhere that you have to duck

  2. This is cool! Question with the apartments though. Are these stigmatized apartments/homes? Usually you will find cheap apartments because of this. If you’re not familiar with the term, a stigmatized house can be from someone dying a “lonely death” and has not been discovered for three days up to two months. Then, you get to if an accident happened. The biggest one is if there was a suicide or a murder in that home. Yurei (vengeful ghosts) tend to inhabit these places due to unfinished business or anger, etc.

There is a website that deals with refurnishing these types of homes and some of them are GORGEOUS. They use a star system and let you know about the property. So one star would be the lonely death or accident scenario, where a four or five star would be the murder/suicide category. And they actually do say if you are someone who is sensitive to psychic phenomenon (like I do being a sensitive/ intuitive medium), you probably should look elsewhere.

  3. On the first one is there heating and air conditioning? Interesting that they don't provide a stove in the kitchen and you have to provide your own, I think that's must be a thing in Japan. That third one was pretty dicey looking especially with an extension ladder instead of stairs going up to the second level, that's dangerous!

  4. If rather not share walls, ceilings, floors especially as a. Owner of the property. Don’t know what kind of da neighbors you’ll have

  5. I am 69 years old and retired and need a place to stay for 90 days and is it possible for me to stay at a room in your house?

  6. The first unit is one of the best I've seen in all the videos I've watched of Japanese apartments.
But I'm curious about one thing… Why are the toilets in a completely separate room? Why not have it as a closed off part from the sink area like the bathroom is?

  8. The first one was the best of the three. On the last one do they not clean the apartments before you move in? All three seem to have a decent kitchen. Thank you for sharing the video with us. Have a good weekend.❤

  9. When you said your head was touching at 165cm I laughed about how uncomfortable I would be at 198cm

  10. Nice video! I'm from America, and I've taught English in Korea, Taiwan, and China. I've wanted to teach in Japan, but I assumed that Japan was crazy-expensive. However, all of these apartments are a lot cheaper, bigger, cleaner, and newer than what I had in Taichung City, Taiwan. (I had an old, small hole-in-the-wall room for $425 USD / 62,800 Yen.)

I'll have to binge a few more of your videos, and if everything looks good, maybe I'll make the move to Japan in a year or so.

    Thanks!

  11. This is the kinda shit that pisses me off about being in America, we are one of the few places that do not offer affordable housing, unless you get section 8 which is a scam in itself

  12. Bei dem, was vielfach gebaut wird,
MÜSSEN von den Planern bis zu den Bauherren mindestens je einer
    selbst dort wohnen !!
DANN hätte bestimmt jeder Einwohner eine "passende" Unterkunft. 🤣
