We didn’t look up too much info about Teshima Art Museum before visiting because we wanted to experience it for the first time in person. The whole experience immersed us in nature and forced us to unplug and take a moment to breathe. What a memorable and beautiful experience.

We spent a day in Teshima for our last full day visiting Japan’s Art Islands. We unplugged in the serene landscapes, lost track of time in the immersive art spaces, and stumbled upon a secret cake shop serving up old school pour over coffee.
