    I’ve submitted a complaint and claim form 4 months ago, and then called your team, and even visited the airport—but no one has responded. This is unacceptable. How can an airline fail its customers like this? When you cancel the flight, you said its your fault and told me I could claim back the lost after submit info in website. But now no response, no solution—just empty promises. This isn’t just bad customer service; it feels like cheating passengers who trusted your brand.
