The iconic TPG race videos are going global, this time putting the most famous Japanese high-speed mode of transport to the test.

TPG’s Madison Blancaflor and Nicky Kelvin race from Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo all the way to the Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine in Kyoto, Japan.

Nicky takes Japan Airlines’ Boeing 767 shuttle service (in first class, no less) from Haneda Airport (HND) to Osaka International Airport (ITM) before a nerve-wracking taxi ride to the endpoint. Meanwhile, Madison takes the world-famous Shinkansen bullet train from Tokyo Station to Kyoto Station, with trips on public transport on either side of the main train ride.
