I took a walk through central Asahikawa as it fell into dusk.
Around this time of day, many ramen shops start to close, so while it’s a good idea to have dinner at a café-bar or a yakiniku restaurant around, another option is to head to Yatai Village “Harete” on 5 Jo Street, or explore “Furarito,” a back alley on the same street known for its excellent izakaya bars.
