I visited this park back in 2014 before management shifted to Kobe Animal Kingdom during the middle of year, although it is essentially the same park.
It is a blend between a botanical garden and a a giant bird aviary. There are also some fish in a couple of ponds around the place, including humongous Doctor Fish. Many of the birds fly or swim around in large, plant filled enclosures, and if you’re willing to pay a couple of hundred yen for food they’ll come to you to eat it!
