Thank you!!! I am actually looking for alternatives in this area since I already stayed in the nearby Hoshino Resorts Keiryu Oirase hotel twice already autumn of 2023 then Aug 2024. For foreign tourists on temporary visitor visa, that JR Tohoku bus from Shin Aomori station is actually fully covered by JR East Tohoku, JR East South Hokkaido, and JR Tohoku South Hokkaido rail passes. I used that bus to get back from Towada station to Hoshino Resorts Keiryu Oirase hotel. I hiked around 7 km from Ishigedo Rest Area to Lake Towada, then got back using that bus. Talk about bugs in this area, I recall during my first night last summer, I got into the private outdoor hot spring bath in my room at night after dinner, not realizing the bath was full of floating bugs!! So I had to scoop them all out..so the following night, I turned off the lights in the veranda when not in use as not to attract them..

Ok, you've got the Texan who watches ya'll regularly very curious now.
Here we have 2 different versions of that.
First is a Salisbury Steak which is ground beef, ground mushrooms and onions, salt and pepper all mixed together.
Second is very similar to a basic meatloaf but formed into small steak like patties.
Is yours like one of those or different in some way?
The "Hamburger" part is what makes me think it's like that as Hamburger refers to ground beef usually.
………and I am going waaaay to far down this rabbit hole i bet. Lol.
