Operation Sindoor: The delegations, which includes prominent figures from various political parties, is set to engage with leaders in the UAE and Tokyo.
An all-party delegation from India, led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, arrived in the United Arab Emirates as part of a global diplomatic outreach aimed at showcasing India’s resolute fight against terrorism while another delegation, led by JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, held a meeting with India’s Ambassador to Japan, Sibi George, at the Embassy of India in Tokyo.
The aim of the delegations is to inform international partners about India’s response to recent terror attacks
BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi said in Tokyo, ” One of the delegations with nine MPs is here in Japan. We have just started our visit to Japan. The first thing we did was to come to the Embassy of India. We had a very good discussion with the Ambassador and his team. We wanted to understand many things about Japan and about their viewpoint on the Pahalgam attack.”
Speaking before their departure, Shrikant Shinde emphasized the importance of this mission, stating, “I am fortunate to lead a group going to UAE and West Africa. I think it’s very much important to give a message to the entire world what India is facing since many years.”
He further added, “India and Pakistan gained independence at the same time, but India has been progressing in their economy while Pakistan has been progressing only in terrorism.”
BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj highlighted the decisive action taken by India, noting, “The terrorist attack in Pahalgam was a blow to the soul of India. PM Modi and our armed forces have given a befitting reply to this, through Operation Sindoor. Operation Sindoor is a new pledge of justice.” She reiterated Prime Minister Modi’s firm stance, “PM has made it very clear that terror and talks can’t go together, blood and water won’t flow together, trade and terror will not happen together; whenever India would hold talks, it will be over PoK.”

BJP leader S.S. Ahluwalia underscored the delegation’s goal to counter misinformation, stating, “We are going to tell the world the reality of what happened on April 22 and what has been happening even before that because Pakistan is spreading false propaganda all over the world. We will give a correct answer to the false news spread by their propaganda machinery.”
The delegations are part of a larger initiative involving seven all-party groups visiting 33 world capitals to project India’s national consensus and zero-tolerance policy against terrorism. This diplomatic effort follows Operation Sindoor, which involved precision strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir in response to the Pahalgam terror attack.
