Just went to the Spirit of Japan festival in Santa Monica today and it was insane. Multiple rows of Japanese street food from okonomiyaki and takoyaki to strawberry mochi. All made fresh while you watch. The smells, the sounds, the people felt like we were walking through a Tokyo night market. We were eating non-stop. You can still go tomorrow, but if you missed it this time, you seriously have to come next year. And was that good?
