This Tokyo Street Has a Hidden Nightlife Full of Style

Can see your car. All But now actually I’m going to show you this interesting part of Idawashi. It’s called Kagurasaka. It’s really nice area. It’s a neighbor. is a resial residential area and with a lot of like a coffee restaurant and also they have a lot of like a French restaurant and somehow this town is popularly as being like a like a French town French like a the you can see a lot of like um I coffee especially like a French food in this town. This one is famous French town in Tokyo. Let me show you some of the restaurants. Soak also has a deep history. It’s from Edo period actually. It was a popular like entertainment town in Ediad with a lot of geisha houses actually. And there are a few famous temple also in this town. And there there are some narrow alleys in this area like a wooden wood wooden building and you can still see some of them actually. Especially in weekends, this street is very lively. I think the car cannot move in the street uh in weekend. So you can see people walking in the middle of the road. The game center here. So, I’m going to check the main street first and then I will go to the the back seats. Some nice as well. Like this one. It’s very lively now. So, Kaburaka is actually I don’t know for some reason I hear it’s called like a little Paris, little Paris of Turkey. Why? I don’t know because many French people maybe live here. Also there are some like I said French restaurant also bakeries also some French school as well and also there are some uh good wine shops as well also there is a canal cafe there is a river little river here I will show you later. There is a camel cafe there. You can actually ride about in that area also. The cafe is there. I’ll show you later. So, I’m going to take you to some of the back seats later. Let’s just explore the area first. There are some cool bars in the back of seats in the alley. So Kagurak is actually a perfect mix of uh like old and new like tradition and modern Japanese style. Like this one is really unique. Isakaya. Hello. And There are some other also modern restaurant this town. Also, you can see some traditional Japanese sweet shops also there are also some French Japanese restaurant as well. A mixture of Japanese and French restaurant. And also some nightife places as well. Oh yeah, also some gift shops. Some unique gift shops in here. Let’s go and check them all out and let’s enjoy the walk. Also the there is a temple. I am not sure if it’s open now. I’m going to check it out. Zenoku Zenokuji temple which is a famous temple for good luck actually. So if you want to get good luck you you go to Zenoku Zenukuji Temple. I’ve been there a few times. This way I’m very lucky. Also in summer they have many cool festivals in here. Also, the little back streets like this has a lot of bars and uh unique nightlife places. We’re going to check them out. I’m going to come back and check them out later. Let’s go just walk in the main street because we’re going to come come back from the other side and we’re going to explore deeper in the back street area. So unlike busy places like Shiba or Shinjuku, Kagurak is very calm and stylish. There’s another temple here. This is a temple here as well. I not I forgot the name of this one, but the one I mentioned about good luck is somewhere. We have to go a bit higher on the right side. Another cool seafood isakaya. They have nice sushi here. And the sushi plate shape is like a little boat that you see there. It’s interesting. I’m going to check the chat a bit later. So, let’s see the area. I will check the chat. And this one is like a a French restaurant here. Like a French Japanese restaurant. Wine. They have a bacon white wine here. Looks good. So itashi in general is a cool area in Tokyo. is I think one of the is very close to Tokyo station. I think it’s only a 15 like 20 minutes walk and the area is very nice and fashionable. So, we’re going to actually go through some other towns. So from Idawashi uh we’re going to go to Ichiga and then we go to Ysoya and then we go to Shinjuku Sancho. Ch and then Shinjuku meet and then eventually we arrive at Shinjuku. So, it’s going to be a long adventure tonight. We’re going to explore a lot of stuff and uh yeah, get ready for some cool adventure. Some cool cozy in this town. So on the way to Shinjuku, like I said, we’re going to explore at least four or five areas and then each area has some unique stuff. We’re going to explore them and then we continue the walk to Shinjuku and we end the stream in Shinj. We came to visit a few times, but now feels different. Where was the temple? The lock. The lock temple. It feels good walking in this street for some reason. It’s has a different feeling. It seems uh I don’t know the Oh, actually in the weekend they actually play a special music during the whole day. It used to be like that. Not sure. Now recently I haven’t been here daytime. So yeah, I don’t know. Okay, that’s the temple over there. Let’s go actually check the temple. Now it’s dark. It’s closed, but that’s like a restaurant there. And this is Kakura Zakai station. on to Jose line. And that’s a nice bar over there. Let’s check out the temple. Let’s get lucky. If we enter the temple, we’re going to get lucky. Even though it’s closed, it’s a nice area. It’s dark. After the temple, we’re going to go back and check the back seat of Kaka Kaguraka. And then we go to the Kel Cafe. Then we head back to Yotssuya. All right. This is the temple. It’s dark now. Uh yeah, if you come to Tokyo, it’s a nice temple to check it out. And yeah, let’s just show you there. Nice. All right. There are some nice houses in this town too, but like I said, it’s expensive. Sega can play bill art here. Pool also darts. They have a pool there. Pool. I used to swim a lot when I was in Malaysia and Singapore every day. After I came to Japan, I tried to continue swimming, but uh there are not many pools in Tokyo. There are, but they are very crowded, especially after working hours. They wanted to go was really busy so I gave up. I’m going to There is There is a cafe. I’m going to show you that coffee. Not sure if it’s open now, but it’s a nice coffin. Just to show you the location. I’m going to go there and then we head back to Idawashi station and then we go to Yutsuya. Usio also has a unique night life. is cool. And actually, Yutsia is very nostalgic for me because when I came to Japan 2016, I used to go to a Japanese class only on weekend. It was a church. Actually, the class was the church. Then it was fun. There was a free Japanese class. Now, where is the coffee? Is it gone? I’m looking for the coffee. It should be nice coffee with a view. It’s a nice coffee restaurant there. And usually daytime people sit on the steps all the way down from the top and the food is good. It’s nice with a lot of seats. All these steps usually people use it for when they order food. Yeah. And this tree is cool. Look at this tree. All right, let’s head back to area. There is another coffee I want to show you. That coffee is actually much cooler. That one is just uh on the river. It’s a It’s not a river. It’s a canel. And also you can ride boats as well, small boats. The view is awesome. Okay, that’s a soccer bar over there on the top. Also, this restaurant Jonathan also is a chain restaurant, coffee restaurant. It’s reasonably cheap compared to other there are many chain restaurants chain family restaurant in Japan like Jonathan like gusto like Dennis Dennis but Dennis is American right so Jonathan among them is my favorite because the quality is high is more expensive than others but the quality is is good they have all type of food Japanese food western It’s like a Italian soil. The bars are more uh well designed and the stuff they’re bigger. really bigger compared to the machine and really well designed like this in Japanese. So yeah, very nice. Let’s check that one. It’s a cop. It’s a bar. Not sure. It’s a hidden bar in this street in this. Oh, it’s a bar, but it’s like a It’s like a Tokyo sour. Special lemon sour is unique. Look at this type of houses. It’s actually a restaurant. And there’s a garden as well. This is a sushi restaurant. This one. It’s a coffee. Yeah, it’s a coffee. This one. Nice. It’s really relaxing compared to Shinjuku. Is a different feeling here. If you want to enjoy relaxing town, this town is recommended. Kaguraka. And also they have very nice restaurants Italian restaurant. Well, when I say Italian in Japan, usually it’s not like a 100 person. It’s just Japanese version of Italian. Theyize the food and the taste and also they have they mix it with some Japanese food. So it’s not like a pure Italian. I like this place. It’s so cool. Lot of nice restaurant coffee. Did I show you this one? There’s a nice little garden here. Let me show the garden. Maybe it’s like a Kanazawa because I remember I went to Kanazawa. Canada also has some architecture and stuff like in Kyoto, but it’s very quiet compared to Kyoto. It’s very nice. I supposed to go Shibuya area tonight but this area actually is better than Shib. It’s like a 20 minutes from Shinjuku. What the Suddenly also I know a lot of businessmen, salary men come this town for drinking. It’s not as crazy as in Shimbashi, but a lot of people actually prefer drinking in this town because it’s more relaxing and chill here. That pisakaya has a lot of customers. Train ride is the best part of the live stream. Really, the train ride is fun only for a few minutes. Anybody doing cognac? Not sure if it’s popular in Japan. Cognac. I’m going to actually check that street. It seems some something is there. I never been to this. I’ve been to probably like a many times, but I haven’t checked this actually. Check it out. This way it’s called I don’t know French street. And also I can see a lot of bars here. Snack bars. There’s bar in the city too. a cozy bar. All right.
