Did you know you can find authentic Singapore and Vietnamese flavors right here in Tokyo? Check out these food trucks at Shibuya Cast. We tried the Singapore style chicken rice from Mr. Chicken and it was pretty tasty. Pretty close to the one in Singapore. But the bombi from Mika, the moment we bit into it, we knew we found one of the best in Tokyo. With a perfectly crispy baguette and a burst of flavors inside, this you don’t want to miss. Check this place out next time you’re in Tokyo.

We hardly ever eat food from food trucks in Tokyo, and I think we’ve been missing out. Shibuya Cast has some good options. When we went we were able to try Singapore Style Chicken Rice from @mrchicken_insta and the Banh Mi from @mikabanhmi . We enjoyed them both but the Banh Mi was definitely the best we’ve had in Tokyo!
