“Kokura Living 🏡: A Tour of My Spacious & Affordable Apartment! Leaving Tokyo After 6 Years! 💰✨”

Oh, it’s actually raining a little so today ah Let’s just pack up and then check out, because we’re heading to the real estate agent to get the key, guys, so we can finally see the apartment. So I haven’t really seen the apartment in person yet, because I didn’t visit it here in Kokura while I was still in Tokyo What they sent me was just a photo and a video—that’s it, because I was really in a hurry My schedule was really tight because I was about to leave my job at the warehouse—if you saw that vlog So I just chose from the photos that were sent to me They were asking me to choose between two apartments. I said, ‘Just take this one,’ because we were really in a hurry So hopefully today, guys, we’ll finally get to see the apartment in person and be able to get inside. The apartment’s pretty strict—you need a key just to get inside since it’s a mansion-style building so Let’s take a tour of our apartment So I’ll just clean up for a bit, then we’ll check out, and then head to the real estate agent. So stay tuned, guys, to find out if this is going to be our apartment here in Kokura, Kita Kyushu, Fukuoka, Japan so let’s take monorail train guys to the real state agent office so we can get the apartment It’s empty Since it’s still early morning Look Feels grea There’s a lot of space Tanga It’s Tanga The opening is on the left. To the door that opens Next is Hagino at the mouth of the river At the Kawaraguchi This is Hagino “We finally got the key, guys. That’s my real estate agent right there So they’re the ones handling the processing of my apartment Alright guys, let’s head to the apartment and check it out for the first time So this is at Katano Station It’s just near Kokura Station, about four stations away It’s only six minutes by train. so let’s go guys to our new apartment let’s check how does it looks like so i drop off this station guys so it looks like it’s just in front of my apartment and there’s a family mart here outside so i already go google this one and last time so that’s why i i i’m familiar with this area so we’re going now to my apartment see this is the building guys i have never been here yet but i already searched this in the google maps that’s why i’m a little familiar how does it looks like and the surroundings area see that’s the apartment i’m going to stay and there’s a front it’s like a temple so there is a temple in front of this apartment that i’m going to stay so this is how it looks like guys it’s very big one so let’s try to go inside now and i will park my bicycle in this area later when they will deliver my things from chiba they will arrive this afternoon so let’s go inside so we here now guys so let’s go to our apartment in the room seventh floor so now for the first time we will see now our apartment guys we are on the seventh floor so let’s see how does it looks like very excited to see are you excited guys let’s check it out guys so here we are in the seven zero two okay this area seven zero two this is our apartment time to reveal our apartment guys so this is it wow so let’s take our baggage so this is now we’re going to stay here i hope there is a light and water now i hope so guys it looks like it’s dark here i don’t know if there is already a light ah there’s nothing so we need to remove our shoes this is what we do when we enter houses in japan so this is what a toilet this the toilet ah i think it’s turn off the the power let’s check where is the outlet for this one ah this one i think so i think this the one we need to switch this on oh yes good now we are back to business so this is our toilet this looks good so this is a we can put the washing machine here nice one so this is the toilet also that’s the bathroom it’s separate this one so here in japan the bathtub is always small one see so this is the rest of the room so we can cook now there’s an induction heater here so we just need to put our cooking utensils here okay there’s a light already this camera from outside okay oh we have easy i don’t know what does it say so we will translate that to english later so this is how we can put our bed here i put some curtain here here and this is a closet wow it’s big it’s huge see we can put so many things here what is this ah we can close this one okay so you can close this one and make this a small room okay you can so totally we can close this part oh now it’s close it’s close inside so this is will be my small room can put my room here This one has a different style. so you can close this one it becomes your room And here, we have a door This is the balcony outside So yeah, it’s nice It has a nice look. So this is our new apartment where we’ll be living—it even has the lights on So, what do we need to buy here? ah ah okay Here This is for the lights—we’ll buy all the lights there, one by one And here, this is missing too Let’s check this out to see what it’s for Oh this is the light Here it is, that’s the light Oh right, this is the one for the light That was actually wrong So, we’ll buy that for the light We’re going to buy two lights because this one already has a light We’ll also buy one light for this area There are already some lights here, so we won’t have any problems on this side. So nice Oh, there’s something here too—this is the shoe rack by the entrance We didn’t open it because there’s already a bag Blocking There, see? There are already shoe racks here—we can put our shoes in them This is the entrance—it has a shoe rack here, and the toilet is separate Then here’s the washing area, and this is the bathroom So this is it, guys—this is our apartment Looks good! This room is around 31 square meters That’s what our apartment looks like So what’s out here This is the balcony So that’s the outside Outside the apartment, we’re here on the seventh floor So this is the one in front of us every morning This is what we will see So beautiful Beautiful The view outside “So this is it, guys—our new apartment Ah, so this apartment costs about sixty-seven thousand six hundred yen, guys. That’s about twenty-five to twenty-six thousand pesos in Philippine currency. Then That’s approximately $460 to $466 USD, more or less. Look, a train just went by But let’s close this and put a curtain on it so It’s just nice to see the view So this is where the train passes by So really, we didn’t pay anything here All of this is free, provided by the company So we don’t have to pay for this So this is where we’ll be staying this is better than where I stayed before in Funabashi, Chiba That one was smaller, and this one is newer because this building is new So it looks better So that’s it, guys The gas people will come later to connect it And now we have lights, huh? Oh, water—we haven’t checked yet if there’s water here We might not be able to take a shower with this There, that’s strong! So we don’t have problems with the water. There is electricity The gas later And the moving company will come this afternoon to deliver up my things for here So our room will be complete, guys So I’ll update you later, guys, when the delivery arrives So this is our apartment guys There, our new room looks nice! This is free, after all So let’s enjoy it for now Because my stuff hasn’t arrived yet That’s coming all the way from Tokyo So that’ll be later So our apartment is still empty So it’s nice, right? This is good since it’s free, and it’s nice because it’s new. The walls look nice, everything’s complete—we have electricity and water now I turned on the aircon—there, it’s really strong! So our apartment is really nice. So this is where we’ll be living; we don’t know how many years we’ll stay here So our location is great—right in front of the station, there’s a Family Mart, and there’s a market downstairs. So this area we got is really nice So I only saw this in the photo, we haven’t actually seen it in person yet. I didn’t go there because we were busy, and the fare to get here is expensive It’s around ten thousand pesos, and that’s just one way So it’s really expensive, so we just looked at the photos and the video the real estate agent gave us. It’s nice, and the building is new So here we are, this is our new apartment, guys the wonder of japan now in Fukuoka Kita-kyushu Here are the things that arrived—wow, it’s really messy, look at that!” So someone already took some stuff. There’s a lot, guys — my room is full now It’s a big job again There’s really a lot to clean up again — I have to assemble all the cabinets and my bed There’s so much packed — it’s going to be a lot of work again That’s the name of my real estate agent here in Kokura, Kita Kyushu so good morning guys タンガ タンガです 折り口は左側です 開くドアに 次は 河原口にはぎの 河原口に はぎのです So let’s relax for a bit first
