A group of Japanese men, known as the “bumping gang”, has brought their harassment tactics to London, deliberately slamming into pedestrians – primarily targeting young women, the elderly, and children, sparking widespread concern online.

Recently, the “bumping gang” emerged on the streets of London, with several victims coming forward to share their troubling experiences.

On May 8, TikTok influencer Aylamellek, who has 148,000 followers, described how a tall, muscular man, estimated to be around 6 feet 4 inches, charged at her and knocked her to the ground as she was walking.

After the attack, the man fled the scene immediately.

“I got so lucky I didn’t hit my head on a concrete slab or a nail; there are many boats along that canal with plenty of boat hooks,” she shared in her video post.
