I’d like to share a video where I cook a simple and delicious Japanese-style stir-fried dish with pork, carrots, and onions.

Here’s the basic recipe if you want to try it at home!
Ingredients:
– Thinly sliced pork (about 150g)
– 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp mirin (optional)
– 1 tsp vegetable oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add pork and cook until it starts to brown.
3. Add onions and carrots, stir-fry until vegetables soften.
4. Add soy sauce and mirin, stir to coat evenly.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
