New Osaka Headquarters Opens,
Activity-Based Working and Well-Being-Focused Workstyles Introduced
SAKATA INX CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka City; Yoshiaki Ueno: Representative Director President & CEO; Securities code: 4633) is pleased to announce that it has relocated its Osaka headquarters and commenced operations at the new office on Monday, April 28, 2025.
This relocation is part of the Company’s efforts to accelerate the achievement of its long-term strategic vision, SAKATA INX VISION 2030. The new office environment is designed to foster a stronger sense of belonging and pride among employees while also enhancing communication and promoting well-being. Through these
initiatives, the Company aims to continue to drive the growth of the SAKATA INX Group, create corporate value over the medium- and long-term and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
The new office features a spacious, open-plan workspace consolidated on a single floor, organized into four zones, the Focus Area, Working Area, Meeting Area, and Communication Area. This layout allows employees to choose freely where they work, empowering each individual to perform at their best. A central shared pathway has also
been incorporated to encourage spontaneous interactions and collaboration across departments and teams. In
addition, the office includes the COLORS CAFÉ, a shared lounge for all SAKATA INX Group employees. This
space is designed to foster active communication, facilitate the exchange of ideas and generate synergy across the Group, with the aim of further strengthening employee engagement and maximizing productivity.
With nearly 130 years of history in printing inks and functional materials, the Company has long contributed to social progress through the power of color. Reflecting this heritage, the guest meeting rooms feature traditional Japanese color themes and names, highlighting the Company’s identity as an ink manufacturer. Visitors are
