A peaceful weekend getaway to Kawaguchiko, surrounded by nature, quiet lakeside paths, and the most incredible views of Mount Fuji. This was one of those trips that clears your mind and fills your camera roll.

🚌 I took a bus from Tokyo and within a few hours, I was breathing in fresh mountain air and standing in front of one of Japan’s most iconic sights. This video captures the highlights of the trip—from early morning walks along Lake Kawaguchi, to a ride up the Mount Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, and a stop at the beautiful Oishi Park, where flowers bloom against a perfect Fuji backdrop.

⛩️ I stayed in a cozy ryokan, soaked in an onsen with views of Mt. Fuji, and ended the day with a comforting bowl of Houtou noodles, a local favorite that totally hit the spot after exploring all day.

This trip was simple, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a quiet escape from the city or just want to experience the beauty of Fuji without the crowds, Kawaguchiko is the spot.
