Hello and welcome back to another video. It’s a glorious spring day and I’m at Kaichi station. But maybe a little bit unusually for me, this isn’t a video about trains. Actually, I’m at the station because the cherry blossom here is in full bloom and it is beautiful as ever. But it’s not. This is not a video about cherry blossom either. Actually, it’s a video about cameras. You see, I’m not just a train fan. I’m also a camera fan. And in particular, I like toy cameras. And today, I have a new one to play with. And this is the camera in question. It’s called the Chu Xiao. I’m not sure whether I pronounced that right or not. Digital twin lens reflex. So, a twin lens reflex camera is one where you look down into the top of the camera and there are two lenses on the front, hence the name twin lens. And one of them is for actually taking the picture and the other one is for viewfinding. Anyway, this camera is completely digital. So, I’m pretty certain, in fact, completely certain, that the second lens is not really a lens. It’s only for decor decoration. Now, I’m not planning to do a full review of the camera because I think other channels could do that far better than I could. But what I am going to do is take it into Hiroshima, take a few photographs, and see what it can do. So, there’s a train coming. Let’s head in into Hiroshima right now. Okay, I’m in the Peace Park. It’s never going to replace my Fuji camera, but it doesn’t have to. That’s not the point. It’s fun. It takes what I hope are acceptable photographs. So, that’s enough. That’s what a toy camera needs to be. So, I very much recommend it. It seems to be pretty easy to find on Amazon. So, if you’re interested in buying one, go ahead and get one.
