千葉県袖ケ浦市の東京ドイツ村開催しているウィンターイルミネーション2017-2018は、園内の広大な敷地を使用した球数300万球の壮大なスケールで行われるイルミネーションイベントとなっています。
音楽に合わせて光が変化する「光と音のショー」や、全長70mの「虹のトンネル」など、様々なイルミネーションが輝く美しい世界が広がります。
関東三大イルミネーションは、「夜景サミット2012in長崎」において全国の夜景鑑賞士3500名の人気投票によって「あしかがフラワーパーク」「江の島 湘南の宝石」と共に、関東を代表する冬季のイルミネーションとして「東京ドイツ村 ウィンターイルミネーション」が選ばれました。
