Boil, blanch in ice water. Remove shell and serve.

🔥 *DEEP FRIED KING CRAB SHELLS*
Clean shell. Sprinkle flour inside. Add filling (includes fish paste, eggs, oil, crab meat, asparagus, mushroom, bamboo shoots). More flour, then coat with eggwash, panko and deep fry until golden brown.

♨️ *DASHI STOCK*
Shallow fry crab legs with olive oil. Add Kombu dashi stock, cherry tomato in the pan and clams.

  3. I work on Alaska, and I bought time to time king crabs 20$ per each, dungeness and snow crab for 10-15$ per each. Im surprised about the cost there on Japan😅
